The Big Branch crew worked together well and everyone was always contributing to get the job done. They did everything that they were contracted to do. They are by far the best tree service I have used in the last 35 years. Will definitely recommend you to my neighbors.

I would give this company six stars if I could. They exceeded my expectations.
They were to be here at 8:30 a.m. and arrived at 8:15:-). The crew worked as a team and did a phenomenal job cutting down a large dead oak tree and trimming up other large oaks. They hauled everything away. They blew up the debris they generated as well as some other areas to make everything look clean when they left. May I add they did half of this work in a drizzling rain. Thank you Big Branch!

I don’t do many reviews but I had to for Big Branch Tree Service. My elderly mom was needing six dead trees cut down (4 of which were large). On top of that all six trees were near her sheds and power lines. I had never used Big Branch Tree before but they had the best quote, they showed up within a week after I approved the quote, and had all the trees down within a few hours. Doug and his team were great to deal with and very quick to respond.They were also very kind to my elderly mom. I highly recommend these guys!

The Big Branch team lead by Chris is the epitome of professionalism. From the estimation to execution through cleanup. They took down a total of three large oak trees and trimmed two more plus stump grinding - a large crane operation. Watching the team work together gave the impression of a finely tuned machine. These guys take a lot of pride in their work and did it in a safe efficient manner. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking to remove trees - high value for the money

My experience with Big Branch has been awesome! From Carlee in the office, Doug the estimator and his valuable knowledge that helped us make some decisions to Mark and his crews in the field. They had all the right equipment, men, and skill that it took to do the work professionally and quickly with amazing cleanup. Extremely pleased and I highly recommend them for tree service!

Big branch was amazing! Hurricane Debby caused a huge tree limb to fall partially on our house. Big Branch was able to come out same day, remove the branch and alleviate any damage to our house! I highly recommend them!

Had these folks out to take care of a large dead maple. They also took care of a couple small stumps and a small tree that has died next to the maple free of charge! Just a really nice thing to do without me having to ask. In and out like they were never here and cleaned up everything great.

I had low hanging hammock removed from front and back oaks. They were there on time and about 4 hours later. Not a stick or leaf left on the ground. Great clean up. Great service. Had to work around fence lines with no problems. Prompt, beat my lowest quote and happy to work in Foxmeadow since they are close. Highly recommended!

Big Branch Tree Service did such a tremendous job getting this tree out of my roof and cleaning the yard of the tree and all the debris that came with it!!! They deserve more than 5 stars!! These boys were at the BP in Clay Hill one morning and I had locked myself out of my car. They were nice enough to provide me with a crowbar a rake and a few minutes of their time to get my car unlocked. Even though they didn't cut any trees for me you could tell they were a good bunch and it's much appreciated

Large oak tree limb/lead fell on our roof at 7AM. Contacted Carlee at Big Branch at 9:22 AM. Chris called at 10:03 and arrived for an estimate promptly at 10:25.
The Crew arrived at 1PM from a previous job and immediately setup the lift and crane after covering the yard with nylon mats to protect the grass.
The entire crew, led by Chris, did a highly professional job with everything! They finished, including a complete cleanup, at 4PM and pulled off at about 4:20.
Everyone was fantastic to deal with beginning with Carlee and Chris to include the entire crew!
Well done and for a very fair price!

Absolutely plan on utilizing this company from now on. Best price we received to get our oak taken down. Great group of people, and they were able to work around a lot of the play equipment and fence we have. Worked safe, fast and efficiently.

Had a few trees around my house that I wanted removed, Big Branch came out and gave a great quote and answered all my questions. Price was competitive and reasonable. Crew showed up on time, worked quickly and safely, and barely left a single leaf behind. Carlee in the office was so kind and helpful, also! I would highly recommend Big Branch and will use them again in the future.

Big Branch Tree Service was flawless from quote to finishing the job. I can unequivocally state that if you use this tree service you will be referring them to all your friend neighbors. I had a small 8ft palm tree that had died in my front yard. Sadly, Big Branch was not my first estimate. All (and I called three for estimate besides Big Branch) tree services either wouldn't come out to quote such s small job and recommended another tree service or stated they would have to charge me a flat base rate for gas to bring out equipment PLUS the cost of tree removal. My daughter had used this tree service and recommended them. The appointment for estimate was within a few days. The gentleman James was so nice and professional. We discussed two options for removal. First, dig it out and cut up tree, or just pull the tree out because eventually I plan to put something in its place.
The job was done yesterday. I selected pulling the tree out. When the tree was lifted, they used shovels to knock off alot of the dirt back into the hole. They raked and completely left my front yard as if the tree and they were never there!
This tree service did a phenomenal job from quote to removal! I will definetly recommend this service to all who will need their services, I can say you will not be disappointed!

The guys came in right to work, I turned around they were all cleaned up and putting my fence panel back on! They even put my decor back up on my fence for me.

3rd time using Big Branch tree service . 10 large pines done in just a few hours .. Once again an awesome job. They are so fast and professional and leave things all cleaned up …. Updated 2nd time I have used Big Branch Tree Service, Once again they did a great job, fast too, the guys never stop moving, they cleaned up extra well, and were friendly. They did scuff a small pine tree not in removal plans ( while being extra careful not to drive on my drain field) and came right to me to apologize and offered to treat the tree wound or cut it down at no extra charge. I am sure I will use them again in the future.

I have used this company a number of times over the years. They always do excellent work. Are prompt and meticulous and cleaning up at the end of the job? I would strongly recommend them to anybody that needs tree work

Big Branch did a great job for us again. I wouldn’t use any other tree company. I have used them for several jobs. After the tree fell on the roof of our investment property after Helene, Doug was able to get out there the same day we called for the quote and got his team out there fast to get the tree off the roof so we could get it tarped. Fast, friendly, professional and excellent service is only some of what I can say about them.

We had six huge trees in our yard that needed to be removed. We received quotations from three companies. After doing some evaluation and research, we decided to ho with Big Tree Service Inc. Their quotation was very complete and reasonable. The reviews and the feedback received from this company were excellent. Their Estimator, Doug Peery, visited us and his orientation about the job was also excellent. The work was performed very quickly, exactly as requested and with great attention to detail. The crew members, under Mark Lutz supervision, performed an excellent job. They went far beyond our expectations in terms of quality, punctuality, attention to detail and security. Price comparable to all of the other tree services. Very fast and clean. Removed a large tree and all debris for us in less than an hour. Friendly folks ... even tossed some of the green leaves to our goats. Very happy customer and would gladly use again if needed. Thanks fellas!

Phenomenal company!! Doug Came out to give us an estimate, not only did he answer all of our questions, but he was very proactive and explained how they were going to protect our yard from the heavy equipment. Which, by the way, none of the other companies even mentioned. The day came for the tree removal. the crew was very polite, again answered our questions. We Couldn’t believe how fast the tree came down. Cleanup was awesome, they raked And remove branches, sticks and leaves that were left from the tree! Thank you Doug and the Big Branch crew!!! I would’ve given you more stars if it would have let me!!!!!!!
