I had Zephyr replace a 2 ton unit for me, outstanding company to work with. We met to diagnose the issue with the old unit, and Zephyr was there 2 days later to install the new unit. Communication was excellent, I received text notifications every step of the way. The owner and crew are very polite, punctual, honest, and easy to work with. If you are having an HVAC issue I'd highly recommend Zephyr to anyone.

We made a change from A/C Designs. Their costs were just getting out of hand. The communication up front from Zephyr to learn about their maintenance program and everything they do was great. They came today for their first visit and all went well. They even identified something that was done incorrectly by the previous company we had. So far so good. If you are considering making a change I would highly suggest you take a look at Zephyr Heating & Cooling.

Outstanding! I had to have my entire 36 year old system replaced. James and his 2nd in command arrived early and with the exception of a lunch break, worked non-stop until the entire job was completed. They are very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable. Nobody likes to spend more than they have to and this company delivers with honest and upfront pricing. They are my go-to guys from now on.

Called at 10pm and had ac fixed first thing in the morning. The amount of care that was taken was extremely important to me. Extremely communicative and estimate was what was paid.

I needed an A/C system for a large part of a house that I just purchased.

After meeting with several companies, I decided on Zephyr Heating and Cooling. The reason for my decision is based on my meeting with James.
Not only that he is professional and Knowledgeable, but he has integrity and superior costumer service attitude. Additionally, the price was very reasonable for the system I chose and the amount of work needed to accomplish the job. James was very patient with me; listened to what I needed and educated me on the different options that would be best for my situation. Once we made a deal, James ordered the equipment and started work immediately after the equipment and supplies were delivered. James and Luis showed up on time and worked diligently till the work was completed to my satisfaction. James and Luis were amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with both of them.
We are greatly appreciative of everything that James and Luis have done, not just help us to have an absolutely great product that keeps us cool in Florida's hot summer, but also for giving us a great price that we can afford. We did the financing through a company they deal with and was able to get a great deal.

Got irritated with a issue with my AC, called them up; very friendly. Came over to my house to fix the issue, took like 45 mins tops. This company is by far one of the best I've ever dealt with.

Our AC went out in the dead heat of the summer. He was very prompt with getting to us. He was able to fix our AC in a timely manner and was very professional while doing so. He was available to answer and explain in detail any questions we had. I went through another company before calling zephyr. They charged us a fee to do nothing. Who I called is who I purchased the unit from. They were unable to get the part as well as very unprofessional with communication. I called zephyr and he came out that day and diagnosed and had us up running that day. After the previous company had us out of AC in the middle of July for 2 weeks! I wish I would have called zephyr first. This is my new AC guy. If your looking for someone who is honest, respectful, and professional call zephyr.

They spent a full 90 minutes evaluating my inside and outside A/C units and then gave me a thorough point-by-point assessment for a very reasonable cost. I have two units. A year or so ago one went out. These guys did a great job putting in a new unit and followed up after to make sure I had no issues. So, a year later the other one went out. They did a great job replacing it. The second one had a handler in a tight place in the attic and they were able to get it out and the new one in without issue. I’ve used them twice for big issues and will use them again if I run into anything in the future. Also the owners are really likable. Lastly, they work fast. That is good when it is hot or cold outside.

We changed to Zephyr Heating & Cooling about a year ago. James and Randall are always friendly, professional and very helpful. The communication they provide is great. They notify of service, work with you on scheduling, give clear explanation of any service concerns and needs. It has been a great move. I called Zephyr Heating and Cooling to diagnose and repair my HVAC which quit working late yesterday. They arrived a little after noon and immediately discovered that a snake had gotten into the compressor unit electrical panel and shorted out the start capacitor which was cause of both my system shutdown and the snake's untimely demise. A quick replacement capacitor installation put my system back in service. I recommend Zephyr Heating and Cooling for anyone needing a repair of their HVAC or a replacement system.
