This is the first AND last time I EVER buy from Trane! I would NEVER recommend Air-Max for ANYTHING! Nothing but problems with the installers and the NEW unit they installed. Trane does not care WHAT their dealers DO or HOW they treat customers! No follow up, dealer tried to talk us into a $800 repair that was not needed on a unit that was installed within the first year of ownership. I would rate this place with negative stars if I could. Save your money! this company will only ROB YOU! Now the AC is broken, again!

Wonderful experience, friendly and courteous people, purchased a Goodman 4 ton A C, has been a great AC with few inexpensive problems. I am more than pleased , would use this company over and over. Thank you Air Max of Orange Park, Fl.

They did an outstanding job installing a mini split in my garage. Clean professional work that sets the bar for other companies. Brandon did an excellent job communicating and ensuring the job was done correctly.

Fast, friendly, and great service. Called on a Sunday and they were out in a flash! Service fee for after hours was not bad at all and the parts that they fixed were covered under warranty. Sometimes the parts on these systems go bad, and when the new capacitor they replaced went out 41 days later, they came out, replaced, and reinstalled the new part. With all the different HVAC companies in Jax just know you can definitely trust these folks with your time and money.

I 1st started using this company in 2007. They installed my AC system and did a terrific job. They are the only company that I've ever called to service my system . Whenever I've needed service and I did recently they it recently they come out the same day if available or the next day. They're very professional and business like and gets the job done.

Derek Joy was probably the best hvac techs I have worked with. He showed up at my house with an awesome attitude and presented himself how important it is to help out the customer. Great Customer Service Skills, highly recommended!!!!!

Honest and fair pricing. Would recommend the maintenance plan. The techs are thorough and the office staff is friendly and helpful. Technician Derek, was professional and respectful, explaining what and why he was doing something. Would highly recommend.

They were able to come out the next day after I called (Holly and Chelsea in the office were very helpful). The first technician (Ribs) was very knowledgeable as he walked through troubleshooting to figure out what exactly the problem was, and he was also very patient with my very curious cats. When the part came in, the next technician (Sean) was also very capable on the install. Both were willing to explain what they were doing as they went along so the problems and repair wouldn't just be a mystery I'd have to pay for at the end.

Air Max installed our Mitsubishi minisplit system (3 heads) about 3 years ago and did an excellent job for a fair price. We have since used them on preventive maintenance fir both out heat pump HVAC system and the minisplit. Thus involves 2 scheduled visits per year for about $500.00 annually. My only concern is that this amount covers preventive maintenance only. Any repairs are parts and labor n addition (fair). If you have a maintenance issue between these two visits there is a hefty service call fee (approx $150 plus P/L). If there are parts that need to be ordered that requires a return visit, another service fee & P/L. Very responsive to all requests, but the charge fir traveling from Middleburg to Keystone Heights is too high, and one fee should cover repeat visits to install any parts which need to be ordered.

They were prompt and professional. Even though one person came to evaluate our issue and another showed up to fix everything, they spoke directly to one another so the second repairman knew exactly what our issue was and how he was going to correct everything. I won't hesitate to call back in the future if any issues arise.

Ribs was our technician today, and he was amazing! What great service! He was knowledgeable, and took his time to explain everything. He even called his office to see if our A/C was under warranty, and it was!! What outstanding customer service. Thank you, Ribs! What a job well done. Also, all the staff I spoke to in the office were so helpful and courteous. We will definitely be recommending Air Max to EVERYONE!!

Brandon, the service manager was very helpful and so were the ladies that answered the phone. Jonathan, the tech who serviced our mini-split was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. We are pleased with the job he did. He was also very kind to answer all of our questions.
Freon is expensive... :( but they were fair.

Matt Taylor was my sales guy and he was very personable, and I felt confident he wasn't trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. He was in constant contact with me during the ordering, and scheduling process. The guys who did the install were courteous and helpful. Richard showed me how to program the new thermostat. They answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Air Max team.

Mike the owner and Chris the service manager took care of an issue i had in my new home. The builder used Cool Connections to install the AC and they could never fix the issue with their installation. Called AirMax and they diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it repaired quickly and at a fair price. I also used them twice to replace units on my commercial property and it's been great. Smooth process and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

What first brought me to Air-Max about 15 years ago was me desperately seeking (from many) a solution to a parts shortage (at my then HVAC repair service), and an employee at Air-Max showing concern and kindness, researching the problem, trying to help. Next time, I called Air-Max. I've been happy with them ever since, but recently I was again impressed with their integrity, fairness (They never tried to oversell!), & going above and beyond to help me. Especially Brandon, their Service Manager, has earned my respect and appreciation! Actually, all of the administrative staff and service repair people have been great!
