I was very pleased with the level of service provided. My air conditioner went out at the beginning of summer and the service technician came out the very next day and was very thorough and honest in diagnosing the problem. We had to make the decision to replace the entire unit and of course cost was a big concern. The office staff were very understanding and helpful through the whole process even calling and talking to me after hours. We did replace the unit and Mr. Hickman made sure the job was scheduled as soon as possible so we didn’t have to wait. The service technicians were right on time and were so helpful and professional. We were given an excellent price on the new unit. I highly recommend Hickman’s Heating and Air and will continue to use them in the future.

Sean and his team were great to work with. Professional, to the point, just made this whole process easy. Estimate was more than reasonable especially with the warranty and services included. His guys worked past 5pm to get our new system installed and running. And this wasn’t a simple job. Highly, highly recommend Hickman’s!

Today, I had service from Hickman’s heating and air-conditioning. Last night after getting back home from a two day vacation. To our surprise, the temperature in our house was 80°. I have a special-needs brother who lives with me who has complex medical issues.(in a wheelchair, has a trach) I contacted Hickman AC late at night. They were there the following morning at 11 AM. The fact that we live in Northeastern Florida is a big deal with how hot it gets in the afternoon. The technician arrived 2 1/2 hours earlier than he was supposed to. The technician was able to diagnose and fix my air conditioning in 20 minutes of being at my house. His knowledge was next to none and he was very respectful. He was dressed professionally. He explained everything that was wrong and that could potentially go wrong in the near future. My system is at an end of its life and I will definitely be purchasing my system through Hickman air-conditioning. I’m attaching a couple photos of what the temperature in my house was and what it was just several hours later.

All in all-From the prompt arrival to the efficient service and fair pricing, Hickman AC exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend their top-notch service!

AC was broke and they were able to come out same day and diagnose the issue quickly. Worked to ensure the part was under warranty and came back out to replace a broken part in short time at a reasonable price. This company has earned my repeated business!

I can’t recommend this team enough! Tyler and Zach just finished installing a new HVAC system and a smart thermostat, and the entire experience was top-notch. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and maintained a very clean workspace from start to finish. What really impressed me was their conscientiousness; they realized the existing thermostat wire run from the air handler needed replacing, so they went the extra mile by going up into the attic to run a brand-new wire. These two are true professionals who clearly take pride in their work If you need a reliable HVAC team, look no further!
