Called in the morning and they were able to fit me in same day. Our unit was under warranty so just had to pay labor. They didn’t install our system but still honored the warranty and I appreciated that. Didn’t even know! Technician Tyler was professional and friendly. Really appreciated th honest service.

The whole team at Hickman’s was very easy to work with. Destry and Zack did a great job installing our new heat pump system and they took obvious pride in workmanship. Another thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and organization of the company van, inside and out, everything down to the tool containers and equipment. They left our place neat and clean, too. Highly recommended!

Had Kenneth come out to service my unit under their so called “gold service”. He had to add 1-1/2lbs of coolant but didn’t think there was a problem??? Where did it go?? It’s a closed system. He had an attitude I guess because it was after 5pm?? Very disappointed. Will have to get a independent contractor to come fix it. Their service plan is a waste of money.

Was quoted one price for refrigerant other phone. Even confirmed price with Mrs Holley that it was r22 refrigerant. Was told 70 dollars a pound. When tech finished he charge my wife 175.00 a pound. Very dishonest business practice. Called back & was told we have to make our money somehow.
