We just had our unit serviced today by Hickman's air conditioning, a veteran owned company and what a wonderful experience!!! They treated us like family and were so considerate! Not only did they do a great job but they just made me a new customer for life!. Please do not look elsewhere for your air conditioning needs, i am a veteran and they were incredible to us. I am beyond happy with their great service.

Zach was great. Communicated everything clearly and was very responsive, even came out on a Sunday for an emergency situation.

Much Much better than the AC service offered at the Big Box stores. I know, used to use them yearly, but will never go back as they often overcharge and do less or an inferior job.

Hickman's Heating and Air is highly recommended by my husband and myself. They came highly recommended to us by others. Despite being absolutely slammed, a couple weeks ago, when our air stopped blowing cold, they worked us in as quick as they could. We were impressed with their work ethic and professionalism as well as the technicians knowledge. They came back today to perform maintenance. Reasonable prices, no upsell. They will be our AC company from now on.

very friendly, polite, Professional and knows his business on AC.
After troubleshooting Sys. He Replaced failed part Checked System for proper function and did a visual insp. of unit and area and touched up miner items.

Zack Hopkins came out and diagnosed and fixed my AC like a pro. Lickety split wanted to charge me 800 dollars for parts I didn’t need, Zack found it was just a clogged drain line and fixed me right up.

Destry was informative and helpful. He didn't have the needed part but found a nearby tech who did. I don't remember her name, but the coordinator/scheduler was very friendly and followed up when the appointment was going to be delayed. My experience was very positive.

Just had 6 month check up. Zach has been here a few times. Always prompt, polite and knowledgeable. This company is great!!

Very impressed. Hickman's service was 5 star from beginning to end. They scheduled a diagnostic visit the same day that I called, they went above and beyond to ensure replacement parts were aquired under warranty, they completed the repair witin the scheduled working window, and everything was completed in a prompt timely manner. Everyone I spoke with was polite and listened.

Zach came out first thing in the morning, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, diagnosed the problem, presented us with two solution options, and coordinated with his office to make the option of our choice happen, AND he got us up and running until the repair option will be made. Zach was great!!! p.s. He was GREAT with our dog!!!

Recently moved to Florida (via Navy) and bought our first house . With-in the first two weeks of home ownership, our A/C stopped working and Hickman’s came out and diagnosed a breaker panel that melted and was in need of replacing. (It’s a good thing our house didn’t catch fire) . About a month later we came back from moving the last of our things down to find a 90 degree house once again. Hickman’s came out same day and saved us again. Absolutely the best customer service I have come across and I feel they respect and appreciate my service to our country. I’d like to highly recommend their services . 👍🏻👍🏻
