Tech fell asleep in yard, didn’t properly fix issues. We had to call another company who informed us he left something corrosive on the coils and they are bad. Luckily it’s under warranty from manufacturer.

Called them on Wednesday night late. Picked up when I called after 8:30. Said they could be out on Thursday. Came out on Thursday and quickly assessed the situation and fixed my problem. Got me up and running immediately. I only had to suffer one night through not having any air-conditioning and he got me up and running. Came home after a long day and it was 72 and wonderful in my house. I appreciate you guys. Thank you for coming out so quickly and fixing my issue. Highly recommend. Very reasonable.

Very disappointed with this experience. Asked for two quotes substantial work quotes for a mobile home missing all duct work with floor vent holes and pole barn with nowhere for duct work. The best answer to both is a mini split wall/floor or the like which avoids the cost of both the expensive main unit and duct work as well as tripping over floor vents that have furniture over them blocking airflow, and the deterioration of the ducts and vents over time.

Not only was it not suggested by the "professional" but, when I directly asked for the pole barn about that solution, got told the cost was 4 times the actual cost and unavailable at this time which are both just plain false. It was such a absurdly high number I looked on Amazon and found many other brands clearly available and working AND the best solution for the customer with 5-10 yr warranties (not counting Amazon's extended warranty and those available from the manufacturer directly). Just floored (no pun intended) at how unprofessional this experience was. Definitely an avoid situation and the reply below certainly demonstrates that.

Came home to find the air conditioning not working. Wanting to find someone within Clay County, i found Zephyr close by and they happened to be veteran owned. James took the time to explain the readings on the gauges as he was testing the system and found the failed parts. After changing parts, making sure refrigerant and all electrical/pressures were good.... the system was running good again. The compressor is even running more quite than before. Thanks

James installed new air conditioning unit for the house. Very honest company, and they did an excellent job. Will use them in the future for future duct work. Would highly recommend to anyone needing air work.

Called to ensure that the problem my a/c system is experiencing was legitimately diagnosed by my go-to a/c guy. Randall at Zephyr explained the problem and told me the solution. It was precisely what my regular a/c guy said. Some times you need a second opinion to ensure you're not being taken advantage of, rather, being taken care of. Randall was polite and professional and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. If my a/c were not honest or if he goes out of business, Zephyr will be my replacement go-to. I highly recommend.

Zephyr has been a real life saver for me. I had an extremely difficult to fix issue with my ac unit. The company that had installed the unit wanted nothing to do with fixing it and the only solution they offered me was to be without ac for at least a week then charge me way too much money for a half done solution. When I called zephyr instead to get another opinion on the matter they had my ac unit running that night and got me a much more reasonable quote to fix it properly and for good.

When you hire this company you can rest assured they will never leave you hanging just because they don't want to put in the hard hours to instead only take the easy money and leave you when there is an issue.

All their hardwork is extremely appreciated by my family and was a huge stress relief for us with our newborn in the house. I can not recommend this company highly enough.

Very honest, professional business. I did not feel overcharged or given unnecessary services. They are very kind and considerate and answer any questions you may have. Also you don’t have to wait on hold to speak to someone or wait a long time for service. I am very pleased with their service and will use them again in the future.

Don't miss out this company. They're AWESOME! I called for an AC check up and the Steve came within the NEXT HOUR. He gave me a very HONEST advice and wasn't trying to sale me a new unit. The house we bought was vacant for more than a year and the previous owner had not cleaned the outside unit for years so there were a lots of dust, leaves, and even snakes in its. So I decided to get the inside and outside system cleaned before they run the test to check if my AC is running ok. I should have take before and after pics (which I forgot) because what they did were AMAZING. It's look like a brand new one after they cleaned it. CHECK THEM OUT because they're NOT expensive at all, the prices are very reasonable and affordable. I'm so blessed for having them taking care of my AC. Would give them 10 stars if I could. I called and left a message Friday evening after business hours never expecting to hear back from the company until Monday within an hour or so James called us he is the owner of the company we told him what was going on and he even touched base back with us at 11:00 p.m. that night to let us know that he would be there the next day which was Saturday very good company I can't say enough James the owner is amazing thank you for everything Doug and Amy Cole the money we saved today we were able to get our mama a new walker

My a/c wasn't turning on, and I was worried that it was something serious and expensive to repair. James was able to determine the cause quickly and got the a/c running again. It was a big relief. James is knowledgeable and looks out for his customer's best interest. Highly recommend Zephyr Heating and Cooling.

After my air conditioner went out in the middle of the night, I woke up to a sweltering hot house and very little time to get it taken care of. Being new to the neighborhood, I didn’t know of any honest, reliable HVAC contractors to call. Rather than take a chance on a Google search, I made a desperate post in my community Facebook group asking for recommendations. Several people mentioned Zephyr, and as a bonus, the owner happened to live in my neighborhood and offered to come take a look at it.

Bobby Perry was at my house within an hour of my Facebook post and had my A/C working again less than 30 minutes after that. I would have paid just about anything to get it fixed, but he gave me an extremely reasonable price and (unlike most places) didn’t try to upsell me on any extra stuff that I didn’t need. I have definitely found my HVAC company for life and will be recommending him to everyone I know going forward. Thanks again, Bobby!
