I had a complete A/C sysyem replacement. Brad and his team did a great job and at a fair price too. I would definately recommend Farmers for any A/C repair/replacement needs.

I called Farmer's on a Saturday morning and sent them pictures of what was a disgusting AC coil. Also needed a breaker changed. They were there first thing Monday and just wow. They did an amazing job.

I was able to book a visit online (yay because I have a phone phobia). The website and booking process were so user friendly. Confirmation was made by email and text message. They kept me informed every step of the way. The tech (Anthony) was personable, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable. He listened to my explanation then checked the a/c system to find the problem. He corrected the problem and explained it all to me so I understood what he was talking about. The cost of the service visit, parts and repair were more than reasonable. These guys are now my a/c guys for life. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for a great experience!

Brian showed up a few minutes earlier than he said he was going to. That impressed me. He worked quickly and efficiently. The whole removal and replacement of the heating and air conditioning system took about four and a half hours.
The price quoted was very reasonable for everything that was provided. He was very professional, and he explained everything he was doing in terms that a layman can understand. My wife and I recommend him highly.

AC went out last night, I called first thing this morning. Brad was able to get Robert out to us within 2 hours, before it got REALLY hot outside.
Robert was great, very efficient, on time, made sure our system was all good to go, all in the 1 hour he was here.

Excellent service. We had several duct issues with old tubing and constricted ducts that prevented air flow. The major ac companies only wanted to sell a new unit without resolving the duct issues. Farmer's techs did a through analysis of the current ducts. They corrected and optimized the air flow and upgraded our thermostats and computer board to a modern system with Bluetooth control options. The unit has been running more efficiently and our electric bill has lowered.

Brad is awesome! Very knowledgeable and communication was perfect ! Great service ! Price was good! He cane to laterra king and bear and did great job! Highly recommend him and Farmers heating and cooling is the best !!!

We had to find a new heating and cooling company. Anthony scheduled the appointment. They arrived on schedule. Took care of us and more in a timely manner. Very happy with the service.

Late in the afternoon, my AC went out. After checking everything I could, including the condenser, I suspected it might be the capacitor. I went online and was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time, confirmed it was the capacitor, and had it fixed right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service—thank you, Robert!

I found Farmer's to be honest and his price for the work was a fair price . He said what he thought was best for us and we will use him from now on. This company originally came highly recommended and I haven’t tried anyone since. The owner is always willing to make sure he gets out there the same day and does everything in his power to get the issue fixed as soon as possible. Great AC repair. Honest, great value, answered all our questions to our understanding. John is very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed a problem that should have been found by another A/C service that serviced our unit this past spring. He checked out the entire system, not a quick part replace and go...Highly recommend! We are cool again! :)

Sat 5/18 early 9ish. A/c quit WORKING. Called my normal service man he was out of town. Walked me thru a somethings, and determined it was the fan motor. He told me what kind it was. So I called several places, told them what I needed. Only Air Pro said YES he had one on hand and gave a price and got it fixed!!! Mind now I was a last min call and it was LATE,,1:30 AM SUN!! BUT HE GOT ME FIXED!!!!!!!!
