We are so grateful for Bo's honest work. We had quotes from other companies that included them telling us we needed brand new units, inside and outside. Our home is only 6 years old, so we wanted multiple opinions. Bo arrived professionally and took his time trying to figure out our issue. Bo replaced parts and made suggestions for future maintenance. we are so blessed to have found such a great AC company!

We came home from vacation to a very warm house. I texted around 7pm and was responded to immediately. I had an appointment for the next morning between 9:30 and 12:30. The technician was here by 10. He was professional and took his time explaining what was wrong. He also gave me some information that will hopefully keep this from happening again!! This wast first experience with Island Breeze, but I will definitely use them again!!

I learned of this company last year when my blower motor went down in the heat of summer 2023. At the time, I was using Snyder, who misdiagnosed the issue, inflated the nature of the issue, and tried to sell me a new HVAC unit instead. The sales attempt was after I had already purchased a brand new transformer, which was initially believed to be the issue. Nate came in, provided expertise, and saw an opportunity to step in and help - where Snyder saw a barrier and an opportunity to increase sales.

A year later, I’m in need of a cleaning. Again, Nate rose to the occasion! Don’t hesitate to book for any of your HVAC services. 10/10 recommend!

On time and thorough. Responsive to warranty work as well. Good price and no extra costs. From planning/calculating unit size, retrofit/install and innovative solutions for an older home they’ve been great.

Devan is an absolute gem. He came out today to take a look at our AC. I feel like, when I spoke, he listened to me and was able to fix our problem. He took the time to explain to me what happened in a way that made sense and stayed to make sure the AC was working, and I am so thankful he did because another problem arose. He was able to identify and fix the problem. I am eternally grateful to him and Island Breeze for such amazing service. I told my husband this will be our go-to HVAC company from now on.

Got to the house earlier than I expected, educated me on how to maintain my Unit and potential improvements for the future. He knew his prices and gave me clear view of what to expect to pay for those improvements. Respectful and I think great price for what was fixed!!

I've had a long and positive experience working with Bo and his company. The technician who visited my home today was exemplary. Not only was he professional, but he also took the initiative to review my warranty status. He clearly explained when it would expire and what parts I might need to replace while still under coverage.

Really appreciate their quick response to an issue with our heating unit today. He spent a LOT of time testing and making sure everything that needed to done is done and explaining what the next steps are. They are my go-to for any of our HVAC needs.

Moved in to new home that was not cooling, coils froze over, was given directions over phone to ease the problem till tech arrived. Found and fixed problem patiently and professionally. Very satisfied and highly recommend Island Breeze, hope I won't need them but if so I know who to call. Nate was awsome....

I needed urgent help with the air conditioning at my mother’s home—she’s an Alzheimer’s patient and was without A/C. I was extremely concerned about finding a company that would be honest, fair, and not take advantage of the situation. I found this company online, gave them a call, and they exceeded all expectations. They quickly identified the issue, had it repaired within an hour, and the price was very fair. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and integrity. Highly recommend and will absolutely use them again.

Recently got my attic insulated with foam and had the blown-in insulation removed. Found myself with some usable space in the attic and i wanted to utilize my new found space. Reached out to Island Breeze to see if they could “reroute” some of my duct work and they were more than willing to tackle this project. Nate, Bo and Caleb were extremely courteous, polite and professional. They completed the job with no issues and were able to give us exactly what we wanted.
