I was referred to this company and they did an exceptional job! I reached out to Richard on Monday morning and a couple of hours he had a technician out diagnosing both of our A/Cs that were down. Tyler that came out was very professional and was able to get it taken care of almost immediately, he was able to get them up and running in less than an hour! Next, we decided to replace our oldest AC. My wife and I decided this in the late morning of 8/1 and by today (8/2) they were on site replacing our AC. The 2 technicians that replaced the AC were also very professional and did a great job. All around this has been a great experience for a not so good situation. I would for sure recommend for repair or replacement.

They are always prompt and professional! I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don’t need or overcharging for the service I do need. I highly recommend them to everyone!

These guys fixed a problem at my new home that the original contractor and another HVAC company couldn’t. Tyler came by and fixed it in 15 minutes. The control board for the damper system was wired wrong. The other companies wanted to replace damper motors and all kinds of stuff that didn’t help. Great team.

A/C went down on a Sunday and Chilltech had us up and running by Monday. Fast friendly quality service I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

The technician was only at my house for about 15 minutes, checked the unit quickly, and said it was “low on refrigerant.” He added a little and gave me a bill for over $350. He didn’t explain what caused the low refrigerant or check for leaks.

Now the system is acting up again. I feel like I just paid a lot of money for a temporary fix, not a real repair. I expected a more thorough inspection and better explanation.

They came out the next day and got our heat going before the cold weekend. Service tech was very nice and educated me on what was wrong.

Professional and thorough! Tyler, my tech, was knowledgeable, attentive to detail and solved my thermostat problem quickly. He also gave me cost saving tips to keep my unit running great. Great company, and Tyler is a great worker deserving of recognition.

Beyond impressed with this company. They installed a mini-split system in my Florida Room. It’s so hard to find people this professional and fairly priced. They explained their processes asked me for my input before getting started. They cleaned up once they were done and even helped me set up my warranty. The unit works great and the Florida room has never felt better. We will be calling them when our main unit needs replaced. Great work guys!🙌🏼❄️

ChillTech is a reliable, fair, and timely local Jacksonville company!
They were recommended to me by my father and brother, who used their services in Murray Hill.
The day my 16 year old AC shut down, I called them at 9am and they were out the same day to repair. They diagnosed the issue, had parts on hand, and did what was requested. They were very transparent, they did not try to upsell me or fear monger me into a bigger purchase.
The next time another issue came up with my AC, I called again, and they accommodated me into their busy schedule, and again, diagnosed and fixed the part caused the problem. They have 1 year warranty on their parts. Tyler the technician is very professional and knowledgeable. He gets the job done in a timely manner and is very communicative throughout the process.

AVOID. So trying to get mini split repair for my rental property and also a home AC remodel quote. My experience has been spending a lot of time chasing for follow up and not receiving it. Never received anything based on the home visit for remodel project finally arranged (no pre review of the project docs before arrival) as promised and now trying to get my minisplit repaired I was told if it's hard to get the part Chili tech won't spend the time. WTH? These guys really don't want business. If it's hard they don't do it. Sure glad I didn't hire them. The AC company is based in Doral, Florida and took me literally a five minute google search to find parts available throughout the state include Jacksonville. On top of that they had the nerve to bill me for no service and total incompetence.

ChillTech Is the best AC company that I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. Honest works very quickly and fair pricing came out very quickly due to an issue and took care of it and I Fortunately, then was not in a hot situation. I highly recommend every time to anybody.

Update August 18th 2023 My system was not operating very well gave Island Breeze a call Robert on the Job so to speak (My Technician) arrived on time even a little early headed right to the situation sought out the solution made the correction been running great ever since again I cannot stress the Honesty & experience of this company up front Fair Pricing they know what they're doing I would not be happy with anybody else Thank you Island Breeze.

After Proceeding with The "Bid" Process. Island Breeze Was The Clear Winner Beating 4 other AC Companies. On 5/30/24 Bo & His installers Arrived on time 7:00 a.m. Big Thanks to Bo Caleb Anthony & Paul Who all worked Diligently to create a Smooth Replacement install of The New System. I'm looking Forward to The Continued Friendly Business Relationship with Island Breeze You Can't Find anybody Any Better in My opinion.
