I hit the electrical wires outside weed eating my yard. I called Hammond Middleburg. They were out in less than 30 minutes. Very professional. As I write this they are finishing up the job. All less than 1 hour and cost less than my home warranty company fee

I made a phone call yesterday to have my units serviced. They came out same day. Units were serviced so quickly! One had a small clog which was fixed immediately. So happy with their service! Quick, honest and affordable. Give them a call!

Had an issue today with my ac not turning on. Bryan came out right away and saved the day! Quick response and fixed it immediately. Great company and thank you Bryan!

Kerry was unbelievably competent and polite. He troubleshot our entire system, repaired it, and tested all the relevant temperatures. Will definitely call Hammond again.

Our AC was blowing hot air so searched for closest AC repair vendor which was Hammond. A rep called us back within a few minutes and the service tech was at our door less than 20 minutes later.
Techs name was Kyle and he quickly found the issue and discovered it was under warranty. Repair was made and the AC was blowing cold in no time.
Kyle and the team were great to do business with! Will definitely be calling them again with any AC issues.

Called for Summer Check-up for AC unit. Office personnel were courteous,helpful, and very efficient with scheduling. Brian was on time as scheduled, very professional, courteous, and very thorough. Crazy to spend 7k on a brand new system only for them to use a $2 filter and system ends up looking like this after 2 weeks, waiting for resolution to see if they are willing to come clean coils on what was a brand new unit.

UPDATE: 2 weeks later and issue is the same, still waiting on owner to send tech from 2 weeks ago. At that time he said he would replace the coils if I wanted them, but again radio silence for 2 weeks since.

Hammond Heating & Air was very responsive and friendly when I called with an issue. They came out the same day within a couple of hours. Brian was my technician and was so polite, professional and down to earth. It was very refreshing. He was thorough in checking out my system and patient to explain step by step what he was doing and what to expect. The rate was very reasonable as well. I will 100% recommend this company every chance I get.

Everyone I dealt with from the office to the technicians were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They explained all the steps on my install and my duct cleaning and had my broken system removed and replaced with a new reliable system at a very competitive cost.

I had an issue pop up on my thermostat saying there was a problem with my fan and I needed a technician. The company that originally installed my system had gone out of business, so I called Hammond Air Conditioning — and I’m so glad I did.

They scheduled me right away for the next day and sent helpful text updates including a link to track the technician’s arrival. Bryan Ludwig showed up right on time and was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a simple maintenance fix rather than a major problem, gave me a fair quote, and had everything resolved in no time.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Hammond Air Conditioning and Bryan exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help.

Really gotta say I'm not impressed with Hammond.

Had a decent first impression when my wife and I were dealing with an AC emergency and they were able to get someone out to us quickly within the timeframe that we needed. We were told our unit had a bad defrost board, and it would take a few days to get the part. That sucked pretty bad with how hot it was, but what can you do there.

A tech came back out today who was supposed to be installing the new board, only to then tell us it actually wasn't even the defrost board, but supposedly a refigerant line leak, our system was completely empty, and resulted in an additional $143 charge for a line leak test. We were told that we'd need entirely new refrigerant lines and 8lbs of refrigerant. This took was was initially explained to us as a $300+ repair and bumped it to a $2400+ repair. Not sure why we were told two different things by two different people, so that came across extremely shady and felt like a huge waste of time and money. We were given no other options than replacing the lines and refigerant, which we were told would take another 3 days to get set up, leaving us with no AC/heat for roughly 8 days in total.

We ended up getting a second opinion from a different company, who found some concerning actions taken on our system by Hammond, and who found no leak at all after extensive testing, just no refigerant in the system (not accusing anybody of anything, just reiterating what I was told). It was also found that the quoted amount of 8lbs of refrigerant was not correct according to the specifications for our particular unit, and we were being quoted for a higher amount than what we actually needed. The second company helped us out with what may either be a temporary or permanent fix, but should at least keep us comfortable for the time being with AC and heat, and should help narrow down the issue at hand, something that Hammond never even discussed doing or offered to us at all.

Overall, despite being very helpful with the initial visit, our second visit with Hammond felt like it quickly devolved into very shady business practices and just trying to trick us out of more money. While I'd really appreciate a refund on the $143 we were charged for the leak test that we feel waa bogus in the first place, we don't expect them to do so, and will likely just dispute the matter with our bank at this point.

These folks are top notch. Very personable, honest and great to work with, my experience was excellent. Install crew was on time and cared about the quality of their work. They said we really wanted my business and they proved their point from sales to installation. You will not be disappointed.

Had to get a new AC system and the guys at ChillTech went above and beyond with service and value. They had worked on my old unit a few times before recommending replacing as my unit was old and by the ocean .I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or a new AC system!

My air conditioner broke. They were at my house within a couple hours right before a holiday weekend and diagnosed the problem. They fixed it the same day! Excellent service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices!

We've had incredible experiences with Chilltech. From the person answering the initial call to the service member that shows up on site, you feel like part of the Chilltech family. As a Realtor, I know that I can always count on Chilltech when one of my customers is in need.

In the past we have called various services and either we don’t get a return call, or they don’t show up.
ChillTech answered the phone (what?!) and set up a day and time to come service our system.
They arrived on time, serviced our units and talked to us about our concerns. (We have a child with allergies). They gave us our options as to what would address our concerns and there was no selling pressure.
We decided what we wanted, called ChillTech and set it up. Due to COVID-19, shipments (as expected) are not arriving as timely. ChillTech was in communication with us about the delay. No problem! We understand.
When the air scrubbers arrived, we set up an install date and time. As things go, the appointment before us required more time, we were called to let us know what was going on and there was a delay in arrival. Because we are not in a hurry, we moved the install to the following day.
On install day, arrived on time, completed the job, even cleaning up.
I would use ChillTech again and recommend them to anyone.

My 80 y/o father in law received a quote for $2245 to replace a condenser coil. I called Chilltech and the unit only needed a weld on a leaking line. So either that other company is incompetent with diagnosing Air Conditioners, or they were actually going to rip him off. Thank you Chilltech!
