Love this company! Trey was extremely quick to respond and very kind. Called around 2 in the afternoon and they offered someone to come out as soon as 4:30 the same day! We ended up going with next morning because our afternoon was busy. Tyler was very friendly and professional. Has our AC fixed and new thermostat done in about an hour. Highly recommend!

We set our AC to 78 every day. Came home today to the house at 80...knew somwthing was wrong. My neighbors recommended ChillTech from previous posts, so i gave them a try.....and so glad i did! I called around 3:30pm on a Friday and the tech Trey showed up at 5:10! Not to shabby for a Friday, right??
Trey was super quick, knowledgeable, and very nice! Had us up and running in less than 15 mins! Highly recommend this company!

I can't thank Richard enough for his honest feedback. He saved me a ton of money by being honest and transparent with me. I was told by a dishonest competitor that both of my units needed to be replaced and quoted me an insane amount of money to replace. I called ChillTech and Richard stopped by my house same day. He told me that they were running just fine and do not replace anything. He could have easily made a lot of money off my ignorance but was honest. Thank you Richard. I will use ChillTech for all future A/C needs and highly recommend using this company, a company that won't rob you blind!

Great experience! Contacted Richard and he was able to get someone out to my property same day. Tyler was excellent he figured out the problem quick, answered my question and got the system up and running again. The prices were fair, I would definitely use this company again for future AC service needs.

Brian came out and took care of me same day. In and out quick and made sure everything was good to go. Explained the issue and made sure I understood the repair before any work was done. Highly recommend!

Our heat went out on Christmas Eve. Hammond Air answered their phone hortly after calling. Bryan came out the day after Christmas to service it. He was on time for the appointment scheduled. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and was honest and friendly. I recommend using this company for your HVAC needs.

Bryan came out to do a spring time up on our unit. We thought we had an issue with one unit. He was extremely thorough with what was wrong and provided many options to repair or replace. We are having them replace and repair our units next week. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain the issue and give us options.

I called at 8am after my ac was out all night and they showed up before scheduled. I ended up replacing my unit because it was already 10 years old and had multiple issues following his diagnosis. He personally showed me everything he observed. Victor, Dave, Steven and Paul arrived same day to install just hours later. That was very important to us with a 4 month old baby and and 2 dogs in the middle of summer. The guys were super friendly and got it done very fast with a quality installation. I would highly recommend Hammond AC

From start to finish everyone i had contact with was very professional and knowledgeable. I got a reasonable price and quick install, would use them again.

We have used Hammond Heating and Air three times for repair work. The repair tech Jonathan was very nice and professional. My only complaint was the thermostat that was installed cost $150.00 from Walmart or Home Depot and I was charged $268.00. I know there is a fee for installation but added to the diagnostic charge, the cost was higher than we anticipated. I recommend that you check the website for coupons because I could have saved $25.00 off the repair charge if I would have known about the coupon. I gave five stars for Jonathan, but I would not have given five stars for good value this time. I do however recommend this company.

Brad is amazing. I had to call after hours and the answering service was very helpful and linked me with Brad very quickly. I spoke with him and he told me the fees and said an hr and a half for arrival and it was 58 minutes before he was at my door. Thank god. Explained everything to me, showed me everything that was wrong so I knew he wasn’t just charging me for whatever he could. In a matter of an Hr and 15 min I had cold AC and a 12 year old lab that is not panting anymore due to the heat in the house and we are both comfortable. Thank you Brad and Hammond Air !!!! Will def recommend on my neighborhood facebook page and the Fleming island residents page.

Kyle was super helpful and insightful. Never had an issue with my AC before so it was nice to have someone with great consumer service. Thank again. My poor house was a sauna.

I spoke with Mrs. Nancy in the office to make an appointment to have my duct work redone. Super sweet lady who got me scheduled right away.

Estimator Brandon came out was very nice and professional while at the house. We discussed the job and that if I waited until it cooled down the price would be less than current and I would get both estimates by lunchtime the following day. This was 3 weeks ago.

I have called 7 times and other people answered the phone and told me that Nancy would call me back. Never heard from her. Then last week I was told Brandon would be calling me shortly as he was driving and had my info. Again. No call. My husband finally spoke to Brandon today who in no short amount of words said he isn't skilled enough for the job and doesn't want to do it. He would give me an exorbant estimate if we really wanted one. When my husband asked why he didn't tell us this before....his reply- he was hoping we would just go away.

After all the positive reviews I stuck with them hoping it was just a fluke. Shortage of man power, etc. Completely shocked quiet honestly. While I appreciate the honesty it could have come 3 weeks ago and I could have moved on.

I've been doing commercial construction for about 25+ years and these guys are top of the line they're professional, fast and very clean. I highly recommend them

Hammond heating & air was very responsive and quick to help get our ac replaced. Steven and David came out to replace the unit they were very respectful and quick always letting me know the next step in the process. Recommend this company!

We were having an issue with our HVAC unit. Clayton checked out our unit and diagnosed the problem. We needed a part to be ordered. Steve returned 2 days later with the part and fixed our AC. We were very happy with both of the service people. We were very impressed with this company and we highly recommend them. We are planning on having our unit maintained by Hammond. Thanks!

Called on Sunday morning as A/C stopped working the night before. Rhett came out and fixed it in a short period of time. From the time I called until it was repaired was all within 3 hours. Rhett is professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything and is very personable. Would highly recommend Hammond.
