Chilltech cares for my home AC and my small business. It costs me money to have my AC down, and I appreciate that I was quoted 4-5 days and that was true. I planned my classes around their word it worked out. They are good communicators, sweet guys, and trustworthy.

Called because our heat stopped working. A nice and very helpful tech picked up and quickly scheduled an appointment for in the morning. They came out and found the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable price without trying to upsell us! This whole experience was great! I've dealt with companies that try to upsell and scare us into more services so this was an amazing experience and I'll be sure to call them! Would give 10 stars, but there is only a 5 star option.

Great team and really enjoy the service they provide. Always show up earlier than planned. The team is professional and gave me options for my repair. I was even given a call back after hours to schedule my appointment the following day which was completely unexpected.

Excellent and professional experience! I own rental properties in North Florida and routinely use Trey and his crew to inspect, service, and repair our HVAC systems. He has installed several heat pumps for me as well. I reside out-of-state. If you can trust his Chilltec crew when you aren't even local, you can trust him to do what's right, every time, even when no one is watching! Fair and competitive pricing. Always provides options, not just jumping to full replacement to make a buck. Latest unit failed on a Saturday. Complete install completed before noon on Monday with top-quality replacement options available (Goodwin, Carrier, etc.). My go-to guys in Jacksonville.

I have called chilltech countless times in the past couple of years and every time it’s an emergency, they fit me in. During the summer it’s hard to find good help and these guys will find a way. I referred my sister to them and their price was significantly cheaper than the competitor. They’re truthful and not just trying to drain your bank account with saying you need extra work done. Straight forward and great work. Thankful to have these guys to call!

A lot of A/C places when you call them for a repair just try to sell you a new unit. Especially when you have an older model. Not them. We've got a work horse and the 2 times we've needed repairs, they've made suggestions that keep us running without breaking the bank. Always responsive and great to work with. Quit sitting in the heat- just call them. You'll be sleeping like a baby in an igloo hut just like you want. Thanks Chill Tech!

Good looking installs. BUT
I work for another ac company and I went to one of their installs today that they completed august of 2021. New homeowner moved in December of 2021 and found out today Chilltech never pulled a permit for this job…yikes. You’d expect that from two chucks in a truck but not this company. Or so I thought

Trey was an excellent technician and knows his stuff. I had another not to mention outfit that came and service my A/C and miss diagnosed the problem, not once, but twice. This turned out to cost me over $875, time and effort wasted. The service needed was $150 less than what I was charged. Thanks to Chilltech my A/C is up and running well again. Thanks for a great job.

ChillTech employees (Richard, Kyle, and Eric) are awesome, great customer service, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for all my family and friends and anyone who wants their AC done correctly and with heart. All around wonderful people. I gave them 5 stars but I would rather give them 1 million. Phenomenal job!

Very knowledgeable and friendly guys.They came out Monday (there was no saving our system, so we had to replace it), we got our quote Tuesday morning, and we had a freezing cold house by the next Monday. They put our initial house-call price toward the unit, and they were easily $2000 less than the other guys in town for the same products. I panicked when our A/C stopped, and Richard responded immediately (this was after-hour, around 7:30 pm) to a message I left with him to walk me through clearing a drain-line. Turns out it was only a safety mechanism that shuts the system down when it fills up with too much water. Poured some bleach down the drain line to clear it out and I've had no problems since!

ChillTech has replaced both of our AC units (upstairs and downstairs), done repair work when needed, and added insulation to our attic. We're never disappointed! They beat out competitor prices, conduct themselves professionally, and do an incredible job! Our home is over a century old and can be difficult to maneuver around. ChillTech always does exceptional work, even given the obstacles our home inevitably comes with.

Richard worked me in for a freon charge at the end of the day on a Friday even though their technicians had other calls left to finish. The technician was very thorough and professional. The charges were fair and reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

We recently had some issues with our units. We had used Chill Tech one other time for a minor issue. I called and they were able to come out the following day to do an inspection. We choose to have one of the units replaced. They scheduled us for the next day! due to the rain they couldnt come out that day. they offered to bring us out portable ac units. They completed the work and it has been great. For the first time I believe our house has been able to be at regulated temps. I really appreciated all they did and tried to help make us comfortable. I am grateful to finally have an AC company I know we can trust and does great, fast work.
