The ac tune up service was very quick. Even though my unit is only 2 years old, apparently the people who installed the AC unit didn’t wire it very well and ground wire was burn and halved. Not sure how long that happen but that’s dangerous, luckily, Brian noticed it and decided to fix it free of charge. So thank you Brian, otherwise I’d have a damaged ac unit that’s less than two years old.

Jeff has been extremely helpful and was fast to repair our unit just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday! Now my kitchen is nice and cool ahead of all the cooking I need to do! We appreciate the friendly and courteous service from all of Hammond employees and have purchased the platinum service plan. Looking forward to seeing Jeff at our 6 month maintenance!

I moved here to Fleming Island from Miami 3 years ago and had my first issue with the A/C last February. Paul came out and patched me up and was very honest telling me it could be 1 week or 1 year. I knew my A/C was at the end of its life called back Hammond since they were so prompt with the service call and they have such a honest hard working staff. They sent Paul back out to me since we hit off last time and he confirmed it was time to replace the system and they didn't charge for that. They even came out the day I called!

I was set up to have my entire system replaced the next day and right on time Steven and David show up in my driveway ready to go. These 2 technicians were also very friendly and got right to work answering any questions I had and being very courteous.

I have had plenty of neighbors here in Eagle Harbor use Hammond and everyone has been happy with their work. It is an extra benefit to have them here on Fleming Island and part of our community. I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Hammond Heating and Air to adequately serve your needs. Especially Bryan!!! Our unit finally went out. Bryan came out on a Saturday gave us a quote on a new system. A couple days later. (As we requested it to be). The installers Steven and David came out to install our new unit. They did an excellent installation on the new air conditioning system and it looks amazing and running beautifully. Thank you. Absolutely the best AC/ Heating Company around hands down. I will Recommend this company to all of our family and friends.

I called Hammond Air to request an annual tune up and as a new customer, I was very impressed that they came out just 2 days later. Clayton serviced our system, he was very professional, friendly, and answered all my husbands questions. We will definitely call Hammond for any service and/or repairs we may need in the future.

Made an appointment 10am -12pm today for a tune up. Charlie Brown (technician) arrived on time and was very professional. Not only did he do a great job but also took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very happy with the overall service provided and the price was very affordable. I recommend this company to everyone.

Brian was our technician, he did an amazing job getting our A/C back up and running for us! Only took an hour or two to find the problem and fix it. He was super sweet to our daughter and our doggo too!

Saturday 6/8/24. Noticed after dinner at the house was not cooling down. Called Hammond within minutes. Kerry called me. Was here within 30 minutes and had us up and running less than a half hour. Kerry was professional highly recommend Hammond Heating & Air Conditioning.

New homeowners here...Hammond was highly recommended by a family member after we had a very bad experience with a different company. Family member said that they were the best in town, and man...they weren't lying! Our tech, Bryan, was prompt, friendly, honest, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to us, gave us all of our options and his professional opinion with no pressure or upsell tactics, and actually ended up saving us some money. Mr. Kerry was very professional, and he took the time to explain the process of his work as he was troubleshooting our unit. We appreciated his kindness and timeliness of responding to our request to have a technician come to home!

Jay was incredibly professional and helpful! He was knowledgeable and able to fix my issue in a reasonable amount of time. His service was impeccable and I really appreciate him for coming and working so hard. I will definitely be using Hammonds again and especially Jay as the technician.

Hammond has some of the best employees, they are friendly, polite and professional. Kevin, Jimmy and Kerry were great. You could not ask for a better bunch to come to your home. They left the house like they found it, they cleaned up after completing their work. I would highly recommend them for your A?C needs.

Hooray! We’ve got our air back on! Kyle the Hammond technician showed up less than 24 hours after our call, was completely professional, took care of the part on our AC that needed to be replaced, got everything back up and running! We were completely impressed with his knowledge and his workmanship! Thanks to Hammond Heating and AIR, I will sleep better tonight.

Editing my previous review. Had my unit wiring fixed Sunday and then last night (Thursday of the same week) my unit went out completely about 630pm. They were still open, so I called. Tech called and said it'd be the next morning before they would be out. Froze all night and took off today to wait for the tech. Called and texted him multiple times, never answered. After waiting until 1pm, I called another company and they were out within 2 hours. Very disappointed in Hammond but happy to find better more responsive company.

What an amazing experience. Rhett was our service tech and he was fantastic! He explained the issues so that a layman can understand. I have an old unit and he got my A/C working again without breaking the bank. I cannot say enough about the service I received. Thank you !

This is a second review for the Hammond team. My second unit went out and I called 'em up to take a look. After a quick diagnosis and review the recommendation was to replace the unit. As it was beyond its life expectancy I gave them the go ahead. The next day the team were back and ready to go. Install was seamless and without issue. Just had the inspection and all conditions are good.
