Within a week, we had prompt, courteous, professional installers Owen and Sam who take pride in their work. Our home has never felt cooler. Top notch exceptional service and commitment, would “highly” recommend!

Allen's Refrigeration And Air Conditioning. They came highly recommended form other people to me. So I gave them a call. And the rest is history. They replaced my A/C system in my home. From start to finish every one with Allen's treated me and my home with the respect. Very easy to communicate with everyone also. I will recommended Allen's to everyone. Their work is top notch. 👍

This company is the best. Each time I needed by air conditioner serviced they helped me. Last night I was without air. I called and Austin came within 30 minutes. If your looking for a company you can trust you need not go anywhere because they are here for you. They saved me this morning. Try spending a summer night in FL without air. Not fun.

My ac went dead yesterday . Got home and the thermostat read 85 degrees.
I gave Brad at Allen’s a text and they sent over technician Sam .
He had me up and running within and hour. Another great experience.

Allen’s has always been great to us. Probably the most polite men I’ve ever been around. Always well mannered and explain everything and answer all my questions. They’ve worked with my mom’s AC for years and when I purchased my first home I used them, and continue in my second home. Their prices are reasonable and they’re never pushy about anything. I have experienced other AC companies and plumbing companies that just push you to buy this and that or create a service plan. Allen’s doesn’t do that. They’re a small family run business and I remember their dad servicing my ac at my first house telling me he was about to retire and let the boys takeover. They’re doing a great job! Thank you Debbie too for always getting back to me quickly and getting us on the schedule.

Brandon and his team were over to my home with the equipment and supplies the next day They were on time, clean, professional and did a fantastic job getting my new high efficiency Amana unit running.

Allen’s Refrigeration and AC was terrific! I called at 4:00 pm on Friday afternoon and the service tech was at my house promptly at 8:00 on Saturday morning. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Austin, the technician, was very polite and very competent. Very impressive young man. I can’t recommend Allen’s strongly enough!!

We had Allen’s out for routine maintenance. Austin was on time, very friendly and professional. We had a very good experience and highly recommend them!

As always, the service given by Allen’s is amazing. I had called in worried about sounds my a/c was making and did not expect service until January 2nd at the earliest. They came on New Year’s Day. Phillip the tech was patient and understanding. Taking his time to check things and to explain what was happening. It relieved a lot of stress and worry. I can’t thank Allen’s enough.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air on a Friday night. I called Allen's at 6:30am on Saturday and Sam was at my house two hours later. He was very polite, knowledgeable and clean. I would highly recommend Allen's because of their responsiveness and because the charges were very reasonable, especially for a weekend visit. I will use them in the future.
