I've been a customer of this family owned company since 2008. They are a reliable, reasonable and honest company. Their service is immaculate and they take pride in all of thier work. I highly recommend them for all of your a/c needs!

Allen's refrigeration is the go-to company for all my emergency situations. The workers and ownership embody the long-lost standards of customer care rarely present in any trade or field. I called on a Friday at 430 pm and they had Philip address my issues the following Saturday morning at 8 am. The price is incredibly reasonable for the service and attention-to-detail provided to my AC unit.

This was our first time using Allen’s on the recommendation of a friend. The technician was prompt (he beat me home), and extremely polite and respectful. He was not pushy and recommended replacing a part but was honest about another part we had from our old vendor that wasn’t necessary to fix and was very costly (burned out UV duct light). He explained everything so well and provided speedy service.

This is the 2nd time I have used Allen’s, they will always be my go to. They are professional, prompt and very responsive. Phillip was a great service tech! I highly recommend this company!

I rarely write reviews so when I do you know I am impressed. I received Allen's name from a neighbor. They were so pleasurable to speak with and setup the appointment and showed up on time communicating how long before they could arrive. The Tech was incredibly knowledgeable and looked over my situation and very quickly identified the problem. He proceeded to help me understand my options even if some of them meant a lower profit for them. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each. I am still deciding on the best option for us but they will be the company used to do whatever is decided. If you have any reservations, please call them the amount of honesty, integrity and knowledge was truly refreshing. Thanks Allen's!!!!

Allen came out to replace our Ac units, Mrs Debbie and Brandon and their staff are amazing. Everyone of their staff are the most respectful . They did awesome job on our ac. And then came back out to check on our units and then came back to replace our thermostat. They are the beat . Thank you for all they did. . We really Happy with yall service.

Everyone at Allen’s Refrigeration is amazing, from the owner to the technicians. They have been servicing our (and our family members in the area) AC system for a few years now. Our only regret is not finding them sooner. Always on time, knowledgeable technicians, and never overpriced.

My heat went out on one of the coldest nights in Florida. I called Allen’s before they were even open and they answered with kindness and had someone out here within a few hours. Their technician was beyond kind and helpful and had me in tears with gratitude by the time he left. I’m so thankful I called and they were able to help my family!♥️

I never ever leave reviews! When I DO it's because I've had an exceptional experience with a company that exceeds my expectations and goes above and beyond with service in addition to their skills and expertise.
A friend recommended Allen's AC because they were thrilled with them. Now, my mom, sister and I, who all live in separate residences, use them. They call to let me know my maintenance is due and got it on the calendar. Austin called when he was on his way, he was prompt, friendly and polite. He was efficient and explained everything that he did. He is absolutely amazing. When he was done I joked with him and looked behind him and told him that it looks like he left his cape at home today.
Small businesses like this are so hard to come by. I've always had a great experience with them. As much as I'd love to gatekeep I highly recommend this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Phillip was our technician which performed an excellent job on finding out what the problem was and how to fix it. He had to come back the next day and finish the job. From my first call to their office I spoke with the owner, Debbie. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with her. I love that it’s a 50 yr family owned business. That speaks volumes about the quality of the company. Then her son, Brandon, came for my in-home appointment assessment. He’s such a super nice guy, very personable, professional and always promptly communicates, which is huge! I knew I definitely wanted to do business with this company. Then the two techs, Sam and Owen, who installed our mini split today were also super nice and professional. My whole experience has been awesome! I can’t speak more highly of everything about this company! If I could rate higher with more than five stars I would!

I called Allen's Refrigeration at 8:30 this morning with what I thought was an issue with my outside unit fan. Philip was here by 10:15 ! It turned out my fan was okay . No charge ! Philip is such a polite young man and is so knowledgeable about the equipment. If you are in need of assistance please call Allen's Refrigeration. They are family owned and local and honest and awesome! They have been there for me numerous times.

We have been using Allen's for years. I should have stuck with what I knew and went straight to Allen's, but I was drawn in by another company's coupon for a tune-up because we had used them for plumbing. Come to find out we had a freon leak. The price for the leak check and freon through Allen's was a third of the price of this other company. I learned my lesson.
Allen's are very nice people that don't take advantage of their customers. They are very reasonably priced, prompt, and courteous...what more could you ask for?

Once again Austin is awesome. He replaced our compressor and was focused on doing a great job. We are completely satisfied with the job he does and represents the company’s values listed far better than other most other companies I have dealt with.The team works great together. He found the problem one morning and the next morning by 9am Austin called to say he was on the way to install it. “Thank you” team for making this happen so efficiently for us.Brad also came by and he was fantastic. He made sure we had cooling and heating as this weather this year is from extreme cold to highs so we need both this time of year. We are comfortable in our home because to the workmanship that Allen’s A/C. Thanks Guys!

Allen's completely replaced our 19 year-old heat-pump system and our experience was excellent. They did not recommend more than what we needed and the quality of their workmanship and materials was tops. Owen and Sam did our installation in one day, working continuously without taking a break. And they didn't leave a speck of sawdust behind!

Allen’s AC is a great family owned business, they only hire really good people that not only know their job but have fantastic personalities that you feel very comfortable with them. They did a fantastic job putting in my new AC taking the old one out and cleaning everything up. I recommend that 100% to anybody that needs anything done with their AC units.

Once again. I had an amazing young man to work on my a/c. Like the previous serviceman he was professional, courteous. Efficient and skilled. It is nice to see Allens service keep continuing. I have been a customer for decades
