The owner contacted me and because communication is the key to good focused customer service. I’m upgrading to five stars. My assessment is that communication to expectations was implied versus specific.

Review: Had a Saturday service call. Unit flipping from cool mode to heat mode when it cycled back on - resulting in a very HOT house. Tech did not successfully nail down the issues. I’ll concede that it was more than likely a combination of several small issues leading into one big issue.

I was unhappy, but let me just say, the owner got involved and based on my reasoning for several reasons. He values his customers, he cares about his employees (company) and he’s committed to excellence service. This is a win-win for current or future customer.

For my part, I jumped the gun and wrote a two star review that hindsight told me was unfair as I should have called the office - communication - that was on me. After a lengthy conversation with the owner, I recognized this on my behalf and made it right. Customer service at All Star is Five Stars hands down.

Now, make no mistake about it. I will give a one, two or three star review. Trust me people work hard to earn those reviews. When they earn em, I give em.

That’s not the case with All Star. I could have deleted the review and started over, but it’s important for people considering using All Star to look at the owners detailed response. It’s thorough and epic! I for one added a couple stars just because he cared to respond.

Mark and Jonathan are true professionals and very knowledgeable. Hard working people who don’t stop till things are perfect.

This company was amazing from the intake who took my call all the way to the boss! They were quick and efficient not to mention very reliable. Within 24hours of having a tech come out I have a brand new unit I couldn't be happier.

The first AC company I called told me I needed $7,000 in repairs. They recommended I may as well replace my entire unit. I never heard how much that would be as they had to send a second person out to discuss that (salesman? You know what that means). I called All Star for a second opinion on the price if not the diagnosis (my AC still ran fine it was just making an odd noise). Nick arrived on time, was super friendly, and in less than 30 minutes he had diagnosed and repaired the issue for $180 total.

I've been working with All Star since 2018 where they installed all new duct work and put in a mini-split. Les the owner was on site and made sure everything ran smoothly. A few years later purchased two AC units and today installing another for my detached apartment. Throughout the years, there are three major factors that stand out - great customer service (across the company), they are there when they say they are going to be there and great pricing. Highly recommend.

Technician was very thorough and did everything and went above and beyond to get to the reason why my A/C wasn’t working. The drain pipe was clogged again and he unclogged and cleaned it as it happened the last time. These guys are on top of things and I’m very grateful and happy that I’ve continued calling Genaro. All Star is a very credible company! They stand by the products they sell. Always very professional and scheduling has never been a problem , always prompt . Maintenance and repair was under warranty.

Had a new ac system installed was completed quickly very professional and has lowered my bill. Nicest people also. Technicians and office workers

We've been working with Les and All Star Heating and Cooling since 2016 (9 years now) as our go to AC repair and installation company. We've had hundreds of repairs and dozens of new installs, even a few with no quote, just sent the address and said install a new system and send me a bill. (Only on my own properties of course.) Quality work, professional staff, quick response time and warrantees their work.

All Star Heating and Cooling has been the best home service contractor I have used. They did a removal and replacement of my full residential A/C system a few years ago and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I just had a service call to clear the drain and do a system check up and their tech was on time and notified us before his arrival. On the job he was quick, courteous, and professional. You can tell All Star has very knowledgeable and respectful staff. They did what needed to be done without trying to upsell me at every opportunity.
