I’ve used Allen’s Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service several times now, and every single experience has been exceptional. This is a true family-owned and family-operated business, and you can feel that level of care the moment they arrive. They’re personable, honest, and genuinely invested in doing things the right way.

Recently, I had a situation that didn’t go quite as expected and instead of brushing it off, the owner herself called me to “make things right.” (The SWEETEST WOMAN EVER) That level of accountability and customer care is rare these days. It meant a lot to me, and it’s exactly why I continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone who needs AC or refrigeration work done.

Every technician who has come out has been professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what’s going on, what needs to be fixed, and they do the job right the first time. Even in today’s fast-paced world, they still bring that old-school pride in their work.

Austin came to my home to fix my AC and did an outstanding job. He was very respectful, professional, and worked quickly. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong, explained how he fixed it, and let me know what to watch for in the future. That level of transparency and service is rare. Highly recommend!

We were out of town in Ohio. Our A/C that was 26 years old finally gave out. I call Allen’s on a Monday and by 2:30 pm the next day they had a replaced the entire A/C system. We have used Allen’s Refrigeration for the last 15 years. There professionalism, customer service and politeness can not be matched. Allen’s is the only Refrigeration Company we will ever recommend.
And can’t say enough about the 2 Techs that did the actual replay Sam and Owen. Very respectful and professional. Made us feel safe enough to leave our house wide open while we ran to a place with A/C, we knew we wouldn’t have to baby sit them!! Thank you again to the whole team!!!!!!

Phillip was our technician from Allen’s AC. He was very nice and professional. He provided expert recommendations and swiftly proceeded with minor maintenance to make sure our AC unit did not lose Freon gas in the future. Following the inspection he confirmed that our unit didn’t need replacement and was actually in very good condition.

CoolToday has been doing regular maintenance on our AC units for the last two years plus. I had a feeling they were giving me the runaround when they recommended me to replace the AC unit that is 8 years old. A friend referred me to Alan’s AC. Within minutes the technician confirmed that there is nothing wrong with our unit (see above comments).

I’m ditching CoolToday and signing up with Allen’s AC preventive maintenance program.

Our unit had an issue and wasn't cooling so we called the next morning. With it being summer and the season of AC repairs we didn't expect that they could get to us the same day and they did let us know that their appointments were fully booked but they'd try to fit us in. Not only did they fit us in, the tech was at our home within 3 hours of our initial call. He was very professional and did a thorough job and our AC was back up and running without issue once he made the repairs. I highly recommend them.

First of all, I strongly recommend All Star Heating & Cooling.
I have had many services from this company as I managed multiple properties. Their work process seems to be well established and all staff at the company are very supportive and trustworthy. They took action as quickly as they could and fixed the problem and/or installed a new unit at a reasonable cost.

We have used all star for years and they never disappoint. Their workers are courteous, efficient and explain everything. Their systems for communicating our top of the line. Nobody does well when their AC goes out and these people show up. We are lifelong customers for sure

Glad I stumbled on All Star Heating & Cooling when checking who to call when our outdoor hvac unit fan stopped last night. I read another review on another company where the customer did not have a good experience and they mentioned who they reached out to after and it was All Star. Because of that review, I reached out to All Star this morning, gave them my info, told them we suspected it was a capacitor and they put us on the schedule for a cancellation on the same day or if not it would be the next day.

I received a follow up text to confirm I was put on the schedule and then I would be given a time slot. Thankfully I work from home so anytime really worked. I had to follow up once in the early afternoon to confirm they were still able to come today and they said I was next. Wyatt and Tyler showed up an hour after I followed up! They quickly tested the capacitor and confirmed that was the issue and replaced it and we were up and running! Total cost was $59 diagnostic+$125 for the replacement. They were in and out in about 15minutes and now we have AC again! Hooray.

Thank you for the same day service, friendly and quick service! I will definitely reach out for our next HVAC needs.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They got the call on a Friday afternoon, scheduled service for Saturday afternoon and we were basking in cool air by evening. Juan was Amazing!! He looked at absolutely everything! Explained exactly what happened, why and how to avoid it in the future. He even caught and fixed an issue we didn't know existed! We would 1000% call All Star Heating and Cooling of Central Florida Every time!

Once you find a trustworthy A/C company you stick with them! And these guys are top notch straight shooters! My A/C stopped working after a power outage. I called another company WHAT A MISTAKE! That other company came out and in the first 20 mins and without any diagnosis tried to sell me an ‘electrical rebuild’ for 1,700 to start and see if that fixes it. If not I would need a new unit. All Star came in first thing the next morning, performed extensive electrical diag and found that the issue was a failed float switch. Less than $200 and my A/C was fixed!! Not all heroes wear capes but these guys should! Wyatt and Tyler took their time making sure they diagnosed the whole system, double checked everything when they were done and explained everything to me. DON’T TAKE A CHANCE WITH THE REST, GO WITH THE BEST! ALL STAR FOR THE WIN!!!

We recently had our AC unit replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Frankie and Gary were awesome! They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Both took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured the installation went smoothly. The new system works perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing AC work done!

Highly recommend this company, every interaction was positive, from scheduling and working with my busy schedule to the service techs, they were polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get my AC working again. They give you a 2 hour window and appreciate that they texted when they were 3-45 mins out which gave me flexibility to run errands. Great experience!

Excellent customer service. Tiffany found an opening with my tight schedule and made it work! Once Nick (tech) arrived he diagnosed problem with a couple minutes. AC was back up and running within 20 mins! Great job team!

I have been working with All Star at 8 different properties for 10+ years. They are terrific.

I recently had my AC replaced that had lasted 18 years. Being it was winter and there was no rush to buy like in summer, I was able to shop around and get various quotes. All Star was recommended by my family and friends that have used them for nearly 20 years, but I wanted second opinions. After multiple quotes, All Star had the best value compared to their competitors and were able to work around my schedule for the install. I went with a Daikin Fit (DZ6VS outdoor unit) and variable speed air handler, which has been working amazingly. Hopefully it lasts many years and I highly recommend them!

All Star Heating & Cooling of Central Florida has done all the A/C installations for my house. This time they installed a mini-split unit in my master suite. Their installers are polite and efficient, and the office is responsive when you call with questions. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I recommend this company.
