Just bought a top of the line refrigerator and stove. The prices were amazing. The service was great. I bought them at 2 and at 4:30 3 of the friendliest guys came and installed the new appliances and hauled away the old at no additional cost. Highly recommended.

Went to Tito’s yesterday because my Maytag clothes dryer was not heating. He helped me diagnose the issue and even recommended where I could get the required part from. I highly recommend this appliance repair service.

I called Tito and Bernie on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to squeeze in the installation of my dishwasher and microwave the very next day. Very friendly. Very responsive and they even took pictures of their work for me when they were done. Great communication and would highly recommend.

I couldn't be more impressed with Tito's Appliance Repair! My refrigerator was leaking when I called them...they were in my area and came right out. They are knowledgable, explained everything to me, and had the clogged drain pipe fixed in no time. Moreover, the price for the repair was fair and reasonable. I will without a doubt call them again when I need an appliance repaired! Wonderful service!

Not only the Tito’s appliances answer on the first call!! Their technician took his time to walk us through some trouble shoot prior to scheduling an on site visit. Nice to see a hard working family own company with fair, honest pricing. Took his time, cleaned up his work area & even gave some additional tips on how to properly maintain our appliances. I have to come back to say that I'm even more impressed with this business than I was before! In the last month I've actually bought an appliance from them, and they really stand behind their products. I had a couple issues which they handled SO quickly and professionally. And I love so much that they are a family business, and such a WONDERFUL family :) I can't say enough about how pleased I am. I'm telling anyone I meet who needs this service to call Tito!

I'm so thankful I called them! The lady who answered my call was very helpful and nice and worked me into the schedule fast, so I felt good about this business right away. The 2 men showed up exactly when they said they would (which was amazing in itself!) and immediately figured out the problem-then immediately fixed it! 5 hours from the call to having my freezer back working perfectly...I couldn't be happier. Very nice & professional people at a great price--I will be recommending Tito to anyone who needs an appliance fixed! :)

Tito and his apprentice David came today to repair my washing machine, and they did a great job. They came prepared with the possible parts I may have needed per my explanation of the problem when I had called to make the appointment. Tito diagnosed the problem and repaired it promptly using parts he had brought along.

Tito is now my Go-To Guy if I need appliance service or repairs again. My stacked laundry washer was filling and draining at the same time, wasting water without washing. Team Tito spent over an hour testing all components for the probable cause. Ultimately, the circuit board was the problem, unable to complete the cycle. Tito could have easily replaced the questionable part and billed me $500 or more for parts and labor. I would not have known any better and certainly would not welcome that expense during the holidays. But with exemplary customer service, he took time to test, retest, and ultimately reset the cycle, so the washer is now fully functional again. All along the way, with total transparency, he explained the problem, managing my expectations with best-case and worst-case scenarios. As it turned out, the best-case scenario won, and so did I. With all the time, care, and courtesy he extended in the call, the entire job was covered by the very reasonable service call charge. If you need appliance repair service, Tito is the man to call. Had Tito's service our refrigerator that was leaking and I highly recommend them for servicing appliances. They provided us immediate service , called us in advance of arrival and knew exactly what the problem was.

I purchased my beautiful washer and dryer set 7 years ago and it runs great like brand new! I never needed a repair of any kind not the slightest and IF I ever come across a minor problem I know they will accommodate their time to repair. My washer broke & I priced everything in the Naples area. I went to Titos. Wonderful family. I bought a Brand new washer & dryer for $800! And free delivery & they took old ones away. Tito ( the son ) repairs all appliances. That is why I bought them there.

Benny was prompt, professional and knowledgeable! He assessed our refrigerator and told me despite almost five years old that we just made it with the warranty. I called Whirlpool and they said we still would have to pay $479 to repair. After much discussion with customer service and finally a supervisor they agreed to fix with the warranty. Tito’s saved us a lot of $. I’ll go to them in the future for any appliance issues!

Give Tito a call! Very affordable appliances and best appliance repair price in town. They also deliver right to your home. Everything they sell has 90 day warranty. The advantage with a company like this is that if a repair is too much compared to a used product they will let you know. Save money and call Tito’s! May God bless this amazing family!
