After the Home-Tech debacle, I called Raimond. I've used Raimond previously and why I didn't think to call him immediately for my most recent repair need - I don't know. He was out quickly and for the cost that Home-Tech charges for 15 minutes of looking at your appliance, he fixed both the door and the drain problem. He's timely, honest and does the job well. What more can you ask for?

My wife was home at the time that the tech came. Our refrigerator was not working correctly. He found that the inside vents were blocked and the air was not circulating correctly. He could have easily ripped us off and required us to have a part replaced or fixed.
She also had him look at our washing machine and other appliances. Again he recommended what needed to be done and did not pressure her into a repair. I highly recommend this company the technician is very very honest! They were worth the $95 service fee for him to come over today!

I called Raimond purely based on his reviews here and was pleasantly surprised he lived up to all of them. Speedy service at a great price and he even was able to come in lower than his original quote

I needed to replace the glass top on my GE oven. After researching and contacting several local appliance repair businesses I decided to use Absolut Appliance Repair. I spoke to Raimond of Absolut Appliance Repair. Raimond quoted me a price for parts and labor that seemed more reasonable than other local businesses. He told me he would order the part and call me as soon as he received it. He estimated that it would take 3 or 4 days to receive the part. The glass top arrived on the third day following our telephone conversation and I made an appointment with Raimond for the installation. Raimond arrived at my home on time. He was very efficient and completed the repair without issue. Raimond is knowledgeable, professional, honest and courteous. I highly recommend Absolut Appliance Repair.

Raimond answered the phone and said he would be out between 11 to 1. He arrived at
11:00 and completed the dryer repair by 11:45. Very professional and knowledgeable

So pleasantly surprised! Raimond gave me a window of time, he arrived right in the middle of it, had my refrigerator diagnosed in 10 minutes, had a new Whirlpool main computer board in his truck and installed it, checked everything and was completely finished in a total of less than :30. I highly recommend, so professional too!

Update: Excellent service by Jamal on a Saturday. He thawed an incredible amount of ice off the freezer coils, then did troubleshooting to find out why it keeps happening. Isolated the problem and ordered the part. He did a very good cleanup and was knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the problem . Once the board is replaced we should be free of this issue. Thank you Jamal!!

Great service by Zach! Called 30 minutes ahead of time, diagnosed why the freezer section wasn’t freezing within minutes and went right to work. He had all the right tools to defrost the coils, cleanup, and we are back to normal in a short time. Thank you so much for such prompt, knowlegeable service! Five stars plus!!’

Dave did an admirable job fixing a complex problem with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. He was determined and worked methodically to resolve the problems. He was friendly and explained things as the repairs were made.
An advance call notifying me of ETA was also helpful.
