Tom was polite, and courteous. He called before the appointment and did a great job on my old washer. We are very pleased with his work. Impressed with his knowledge and ability.

Stay far away from this company. Terrible customer service from the lady in the office. One of the repairmen came out to fix my fridge. He had to order the part for it to be repaired. Came out, swapped out the part, and maybe 2-3 weeks later, both the fridge and freezer stopped working again. The same company came out, gave me another reason why everything stopped working. Gentleman said he was going to order multiple parts for it to be fixed. It has been 8 days, and I have yet to receive a call from the office. I called to follow up, and the lady in the office told me that she has been calling and leaving me messages. I never received one call, or a voicemail from this company. She even tells me that I may have her blocked on my phone. Well, I don’t have them blocked. Why in the world would I block them when my fridge has been giving me issues for months now? She also said they closed out the ticket and I need to call the warranty company to start the process again. 8 days and the tickets already closed out? Really??? Terrible customer service, I will be sure to never use them again.

Sal came to save our day in a very timely manner. Fixed our problem and taught us some good tips for future use! Very considerate service.

Had a miscommunication I think - they were supposed to call yesterday to tell me if morning or afternoon appointment, but they did not. They did leave an automated message about what their warranty does not cover. It was so broken up I barely made out what it was about. I tried calling but the phone just rang and rang. No option to leave a message. I also called in AM and same thing. I have no idea if or when they will arrive. I have stuff I need to do today. I won’t sit home all day waiting. Hope they don’t show up while I’m gone. Finally, repairman called to let me know approximate arrival time, but I ended up staying home all day to wait for the call and then the appointment. The repairman was very nice and professional and did a great job.

Tyler, our service Specialist, did a great job. He was efficient and through. I was not getting much lint from my new dryer and was concerned there was a problem. He checked everything and even showed me how to tell in the future. I would use this Company again.

I was so pleased with the competence of the repair person, Tom. He knew exactly what was wrong with the oven, ordered the part and returned the next day to complete the repair. It was a great experience.

Henry as our technician. From the very beginning he was friendly and professional. He made the trip out to our home and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issues with our washer and dryer. The entire time, he made us feel comfortable and maintained a professional demeanor. The work was done well and the pricing was great. Will absolutely be a returning customer if the need arises.

My first repair man really made me think that this was a bad idea. But I let a second visit happen and Jamal in Collier county was professional, smart, knowledgeable and a customer service all-star. He totally salvaged this customer and is a great asset to any team. You should be proud this man is wearing your name on his shirt. It was refreshing to see an example from his generation that gives me hope for his peers. Because of Jamal, I will recommend your company to others. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Randall. He gave me a curtesy call ahead of his arrival . He was on time and great with my dogs! Where should I start. First of all, the customer service was excellent and started with our first phone call to their office. They got back to us ASAP regarding our washer.

Larry, the technician, found the problem ordered the part and fixed the issue within 48 hours. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional.

This company, Larry, the technician, and the office went out of their way to help us with our refrigerator issue. After the warranty company that we bought our 5-year extended warranty denied our claim coverage for our refrigerator door issue, they stepped up to call that company. We are waiting to hear back. Who does that? Apparently, GULF COAST APPLIANCE REPAIR. I will difently be referring them to my friends. Thank you.

We moved into our new home in Naples. Turned the oven on for the first time and it sounded like a rocket ship was lifting off. I contacted a competitor who charged me $99 for a diagnosis and gave me a quote for $1100 to replace the convection fan. We decided to call Gulf Coast Appliance for a second opinion and were extremely happy we did.
I called Gulf Coast - explained our issue needing a new fan. I was quoted on the spot a total that was less than $425 - parts and labor. Miguel came out and installed the new parts and the oven works perfectly.
Loved the upfront pricing, the people were extremely nice and everything went as planned - even saving me money.

Larry at Gulfcoast appliance is very professional and knows the Whirlpool products. He explained in detail our concerns. I would say that Larry is an asset to the company.
