I had my house pressure washed, my gutters cleared out and my windows cleaned. I thought I was only having the outside windows done but was surprised that Adam did the inside also. They were friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. I will be calling them again!

We requested Southside Outdoor Services to provide an estimate to have our backyard re sodded. Several other companies either did not respond or said it would be 3-4 weeks to provide their services. Adam was Johnny on the spot and came out 2 days later to give us an estimate and then to give us an installation date 10 days later. Their work was prompt and outstanding. We were not able to compare estimates because no one else was available for an estimate. They did an excellent job and we will hire them again if the need arises. Thank you Adam!

Adam is very customer centric~ returns emails , calls and shows up when he says he will. Very fair pricing! The sod he put down was fresh and you could see it was just recently cut.

We had an excellent experience with Southside Outdoor Services. Adam came out the day I called the office to test the soil and measure my front yard. I had an estimate within a day or two. They are in demand so my wait time was about a month. They kept me informed when there was a rain just before my install date and they needed to delay it for 2 days because the sod provider does not cut when it has rained. They showed up on time, and did the job in one day. The teamwork of their crew was quite impressive.

After 2 years of steadily declining service quality and frequency from this company, we finally had enough and replaced them. On an annual contract, they constantly missed services when we needed them the most - in the summer, resulting in weeks on end of an overgrown unkempt appearance. Same thing 2 summers in a row. No apologies from the company (abrasive attitudes from the onsite service providers, actually) and contrary to other reviews, Adam the business owner is *not* responsive or easy to get in touch with. While their pricing was reasonable, the lack of consistent service frequency and quality became intolerable at any price. They still required full payment whether they showed up per the contracted schedule or not. Buyer beware.

Great company. The crew did a really good job taking out bushes, trees and jasmine vine off the fence all around the sides of the pool. It was like a jungle. Very respectful of customer and property. Also does well communicating. I will use them again. Highly recommend this company.
