Tom was great! I would say the easiest Plumber I have ever scheduled. And the most responsive and available!!! Most plumbers I call make me feel like I have to jump thru hoops to have come out. Tom was so easy to communicate with, available when I needed help, very friendly and fixed our issue so quickly! Best Plumber in Jax Beach by far!

Writing this review because of the attention to detail and follow through provided by Tom and his crew. I needed some serious plumbing work done in Atlantic Beach and the business took care of it on time and stress free. 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and support this small local biz. Tom is perfect for all your plumbing needs. Knowledgeable, fast, and great value. Was in need of a new water heater /install. He advised, on potential units to buy- picked up water heater from Lowe’s, I pre-purchased and installed in my home quickly. Will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs.

Tom was awesome! He followed up to schedule a time to do the work, arrived promptly as promised, and fixed our drain. There are no extra hidden fees or trying to sell us more than we needed (like other companies). He handled the scheduling and came to do the work. No runaround. We’ve worked with plenty of other plumbing companies, and he is by far the best plumber we’ve worked with in Jax!

We had Tom Plumb facilitate in our multiple plumbing needs at our home in Neptune beach. From installing a new water heater to the full plumbing remodel for our master bath. Tom was honest, professional and always on time. He was very easy to coordinate scheduling with. He was patient with our lack of knowledge and took the time to explain every phase of his work. Tommy arrived earlier than expected and knocked out a simple valve replacement in less than 30 minutes. We prefer to support small local businesses and will definitely have Tom Plumb take care of any future plumbing issues for us.

We were recently notified by JEA that our backflow preventer was upside down and needed to be corrected before inspections begin in our area in July. Tommy came out and fixed our issue. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and our issue was fixed in less than an hour. I never give reviews but I truly felt that this company deserves my five star review. The work Tommy did was impeccable and we will be using Tom Plumb in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Highly Recommend. Tom facilitated the installation of our new water heater flawlessly. We were having our garage floors refinished & Tom made multiple trips out to our house in Neptune Beach.

He uninstalled the old heater & looped the lines so we'd have water during the garage floor project. He also recommended a quality heater, picked it up & installed it after the floors were completed.

I had a water softener installed by a separate company and the installer said that the on/off valves below the sink were corroded. The water pressure significantly decreased after the reverse osmosis was installed. Tom Plumb was recommended by a friend and he exceeded expectations! He was super responsive and made every effort to come out sooner than later. It ended up not being as severe of an issue as the installer made it seem and Tom provided additional insight as to avoid the issue in the future. Highly recommend Tom for all plumbing needs. Great service! Called them on a Friday and they were out Saturday morning to give me an estimate. Arrived on Thursday morning and the whole job was finished that afternoon. Repaired my sewer line from the house to the city sewer. Everything works great!
