Constraction reviews in North Miami, Florida

Such a positive experience with Breed Construction & Renovation, Ronald was courteous and efficient. If you want top tier service and a complex job done at light speed, He’s your GUY!!!!

Breed construction is not a registered business , the person in charge Ronald, is RUDE, disrespectful, the most unprofessional worker. He owes money and won't pay me back. If I could give you a zero star i would.

Ronald is excellent, very respectful and detail oriented. He went above and beyond to assure the job was done correctly. Definitely would recommend!

Ronald and his team are very professional they have a good team they just finished my house for me without complaining me. Me and my family were very happy and impressed thank you again Mr Ronald I cant wait for you to do my kitchen

Breed Construction did it again! Breed Construction transform our old house to a new house. The company did such an awesome job that a potential buyer made an offer to purchase our old home on the spot! Breed Construction repainted the walls, patched holes, fixed the cabinets, and perform other handyman tasks. The owner is very professional, efficient, and punctual. I highly recommend Breed Construction for all your house renovations and projects.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by BREED CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was professional, timely, and of top quality. Now the house looks fantastic, and the team was incredibly efficient. They were always on time and kept us updated throughout the entire project. I think the fact that they worked at an affordable price would make his result uneasy, but I must say that they really surprised me by the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for any remodeling needs, very good sense of professionalism. good job PDG Ronald

Mr. Ronald did a great job on my house. Repaired a shower faucet, installed a closet, a/c relocation, plaster, paint and more. I definitely recommend him and his team for your next project. I'll will be using them again.

From the first time we contacted and met Ronald, we knew we wanted him for the job. We told him what we envisioned and he exceeded our expectations with his delivery. The work was completed in the timeframe he stated and we’re beyond satisfied. This is the go to company for any and all of your home/business improvement needs. You won’t be disappointed. We’ve already hired him for our next major projects. Thank you Ronald for everything!

My realtor referred this company to me and I have not been disappointed. This is my 2nd time using Breed Construction and they are now my go to. The 1st time I had Ronald install some shutters and the 2nd time he replaced our front door and paneling and fixed some minor floor issues. He and Frances always respond to our requests for service very quickly and his work has been excellent thus far. He cleans up after the work is completed & their price is competitive. I have some future plans to do a kitchen and bathroom remodel and I've seen pictures of their work and am confident they will do a good job.

We recently got a new construction and hired Ronald to turn our house into a home. We can honestly say that we are very detailed oriented and ask for a lot but yet Ronald with Breed construction delivered. He took on every job we gave him and excelled. He is a perfectionist and is very detailed. His work is exceptional. We appreciate his punctuality and integrity. He did not take any shortcut in working for us. He was readily available. His assessment of the work that we needed was honest. We appreciate the fact that he is not concerned about his own interests but also of our interests as his client. Ronald with Breed Construction painted our home, removed our carpet and replaced it with tile all throughout the home, placed wood on our stairs, put up light fixtures, shelves, TV and much more. He does it all. We appreciate his patience in working with us and guiding us into making the best remodeling decision for our home. We wholeheartedly recommend him for any home renovation.

I was impressed with his work. I even referred him to a family member. We were all pleased with his service. Don’t hesitate to give them a call for your home remolding and repairs. I for certain will be using Breed Construction for my upcoming home remolding plans.

I wanted to renovate my bathroom and him and his team did a fantastic job ! I love the shower.

This company fixed the ceiling in my living room & kitchen, & repainted. They show when they say they are going to and on time. They clean up nicely after the work is done. Communicate well & very trustworthy with my home. Couldn’t ask for better construction service. Reasonable price as well.
