Jp construction has recently done a whole remodeling job all around my house. It looks perfect and couldn’t be happier. They did things correctly, pulled the permits , had good communication the whole way and couldn’t be more satisfied with the job. During 2023 had a full remodel completed with JP General Construction. Job was completed as promised. The process for issuing a permit was fast and job was done as sold. Permit was closed with no issues. I appreciated the proactive communication from the team that kept me updated on the status and timelines. High quality services and I would recommend them for any projects.

Everything about our experience with JP General Construction was perfect. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. The crew they sent to work on our project was nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the job.

What truly stands out is that the final result is way better than any other construction project we've had done in the past. It's clear that JP General Construction takes great pride in their work, and it shows in the outstanding outcome. We couldn't be happier with the results.

The guys at J.P. Construction were really great. I didn't have to wait long at all after I signed the contract with them and their quote was extremely fair. They built me a beautiful, strong cage for my Lanai and cleaned up everything afterwards. They were very respectful of my property and my privacy and I tell everyone I know about them. They are a great group of guys.

I recently had a pool cage built to replace the one that was damaged by Hurricane Ian. I contracted with JP General Construction. Below is a summary of my experience with this company. I would be more than happy to share specific details, including pictures, if anyone is interested.
• It took 135 days to complete the construction of my pool cage vs. a quoted time of 4-6 days. This meant that my swimming pool was essentially a construction zone for over 4 ½ months.
• After the company told me the pool cage was completed and wanted their final payment, 31 quality issues were identified that needed to be resolved.
• For the 31 quality issues identified, it took various work crews a total of 11 visits over a period of 4 months to fully address. Most of these work crews only solved a small handful of issues during each visit, as they were not aware of every problem that needed to be resolved and did not come prepared with the materials needed to make all of the necessary repairs.
• During the 4-month period taken to address the quality issues, there were 10 instances where I was promised that a work crew would show up to work on a specific date, only to have no one do so.
• Several of the quality issues were due to poor workmanship. Many of the metal beams were either cut too short or were cut with very jagged edges. Their solution was to cover up these flaws with caulking or attach metal plates overtop of these areas to hide them.
• No onsite supervision existed to ensure quality standards were being met.
• Several quality issues challenged the structural integrity of the pool cage itself, as evidenced by failed permitting inspection.
• I contacted the owner multiple times to get my concerns addressed, but the owner never returned any of my phone calls, texts, or emails.
• Most of the work crews did not clean up after themselves and I had hundreds of sharp, metal shavings in my lawn, on my pool deck, and in my pool. Despite my feedback to the company, each time a crew came out to my house, I had to clean up after them to prevent my family and pets from getting cut from these sharp metal objects.

Replaced my screens and added a window view. They were to install noseeum screens in the bottom half, and regular in the top of the enclosure. But they installed regular all around. Further more they are supposed to be supper screens, but I have my doubts. I spoke to JB and he said he would take a look at the invoice and come to inspect. I called him several times and texted him a number of times and no response. If this is how he runs his business I would stay away from him.

I had JP General Construction do a two-story pool cage for me, I was very pleased with the final results. Everything they said they would do. They did in a timely manner a very professional company. I would highly recommend JP General construction if you were thinking about having work done.

JP General Construction impressed me with their speedy permit issuance for our pool enclosure. The end result looks great and has transformed our outdoor space. Highly recommend them for their efficiency and quality work!

They put in my pool cage. Took over a year with waiting for county inspectors. I paid extra for caps on all the screws. Never got them. I was told the would have to remove all the screws and replace them this would make the structure weak. So I got no caps. Just called about the screen coming out of the channel. I was told I had a 1year warranty on the screen. Everyone else is giving 5. Please stay away from this outfit. They do not stand behind their work !!!

Used JP for replacement pool cage and they were great, from day one.
Reasonable price,, and a very quick project start timeline.
And once they started, they were extremely fast.

They listened to all my concerns & requests, even minor details like replacing my dog-door that I had in the old cage.

I have neighbors that went with other companies with paid deposits, that are STILL waiting for a start date.

Crew was professional and courteous,,
and left my backyard very clean, tough to do when there was the added demo of the old cage.

Overall I'm pleased with the work that was done and the time it took to complete. I would certainly recommend them to others. They replaced my pool cage, gutters, and some other minor things that were damaged by Ian. The price was fair and the people were kind. There were a few hiccups that seemed more due to a lack of communication than anything else. Also, the communication with me wasn't great which was a bit anxiety inducing but at the end of the day, the work was completed, any issues I had were addressed in a reasonable amount of time, and I'm happy with the outcome.

I contacted with JP Construction to replace my pool cage that was destroyed by hurricane Ian. The crew that originally constructed the replacement cage actually left me with quite a mess. I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction. They were very responsive!! Their best crew was sent to rework my cage. All of the problems were taken care of by this crew. I was told that the original crew was no longer with the company because of the problems they created!! So, although there were issues they took care of it all in a timely manner and it has now passed inspection. They have been very responsive about a few issues after the fact. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and professionalism!!

After being under contract with another company for 6 months and getting nothing done we cancelled them and went with JP General Construction who had previously given us a quote. Within about 7 weeks they were able to go to the engineer, pull permits and get us a brand new lanai built. We are very happy with the work they have done. We would recommend them to do work for you.

This company did a very good job on our lanai pavers and pool cage. They were professional, on time and very clean and tidy. We would very highly recommend JP General Construction.

When they get going on the start of the pool cage they get it done really quick. Mind you with all the damage from all the hurricane our start date got pushed back a week or 2 which is totally understandable because they are up to their necks building cages. The county inspector came through and even admitted that this company does excellent work.
