We have contracted several times The Cap Group to do rénovations , legalization and cure violations in our portfolio of rental properties. They always are on call . We are happy with their work and their positive attitude

I needed a contractor to step in and take over an old permit, that had never been closed out, by a plumbing firm, (that is now out of business) for work done, when I renovated my condo, in 2004. I contacted Mr. Xavier Capdevielle of The Cap Group and I had the pleasure of meeting the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant person in this field.
For those of you who need corrections regarding existing violations to outstanding permits, do not hesitate to contact this amazing company The Cap Group. They know their business and help you in every way possible. You will also be served in one of the following three languages: English, French or Spanish!

Thank you again and again for solving my problem, Mr. Capdevielle! I can now proceed with the sale of my condo. Merci beaucoup. Justine

Xavier, Sebastian and Damian are great. Helped me with legalization project that have been pending for 3 years with previous contractor. Got the issue solved in a professional and timely manner. Highly recommend!

A great company to hire, what a piece of mind to know they r handling the project. I am happy to recommend the Cap group to any homeowners in the South Florida market where finding a reliable general contractor doing fine work can be so challenging.

The Cap Group has done an outstanding job remodeling and renovating in full the three bedroom unit we bought at 1800 Club. Xavier is surrounded with a very professionalism dedicated team, focused on delivering the best quality. They permanently seek to solve problems, dealing with all required permits and looking for total customer satisfaction. I will rehire the Cap Group without hesitation for my next project.

All went really well in this project of changing tiles in about 1000 sq ft in the bedrooms of a condo. The whole team was always very careful of the common areas in the building and careful with personal belonging that where on site. They were on time with schedule, responsive to questions during progression of work. The finished job.is really satisfactory. I highly recommend working with CAP group.

We had a water damage in our apartment.
The Cap Group team was very knowledgeable and helped us solve our problem. They rebuild the entire bathroomand the damaged part. The work was pristine and very professional. The entire team was very helpful.

CAP did an amazing job helping us renovate and update a property in Miami Beach. The finished work came out beautiful, and we are very happy. They were able to get permitting and the work done very quickly, which is generally very hard to do in Miami Beach. They did a great job at communicating issues and providing options throughout the process in order to make sure the work came out how we liked it. We would use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

First to say that the Cap Group has been extremely helpful to us by doing work around the house on waterproofing our balconies and placing title. From the management, sales and all crew they were extremely professional, responsive (help us in some many ways) and delivered an excellent service. I 100% recommend the cap group for any remodeling or services you need and they are my go to company for when I need other services for sure.

The Capgroup helped us to renovate our apartment from top to bottom. Their professionalism and great care was very instrumental for the execution of the project as we are not local. We were very satisfied by the dedication of the crew and regular feedback on the progress as it was made. We will definitely hire the Capgroup for our next project .
