As a single woman who just bought her first home. Im always worried about subpar work or being taken advantage of because of my gender or race. Im so delighted that within the company of ronald/breed construction I have felt physically, financially and mentally safe.

His staff worked deligently and are so respectful. His prices are very very competitive and as a new entrepreneur in real estate I know Im getting a good and fair deal. He completed two projects for me. Gutted my kitchen then redid my upstairs bathroom. I now live in a completely different home.... its so pretty!! If you need someone to go above and beyond yo make sure you are happy, its breed construction.
As I buy more properties, I am rest assured that I can call on him and he will deliver impecable and timely work.

Ronald and his team are absolutely excellent at their craft! Very professional! We are extremely satisfied with the renovations of our home that was completed in a timely manner. Ronald was very helpful in providing lovely exterior color selections, tasteful designs for interior make over of bathrooms - from color selection, to type of wall and floor tiles, shower heads, toilets, face basins among others. He pays attention to details. Breed Construction & Renovation works well with time sensitive projects and are careful in the post renovation clean up. This company is definitely on our high priority go to list for future renovations. We highly recommend them for your project!

I had two large holes in my ceiling that desperately needed repair. I got three estimates. Not only was Ronald’s the lowest by far, but it now looks perfect and he had the job done in just over two days. Now I’m ready for him to do other work!

This is a message from the daughter of a woman you once employed — a woman who was hired on the spot in 2018 by Ann McNeill, during one of the darkest and most pivotal moments in our lives. My mother, a seasoned construction professional with over 35 years of experience, was transitioning out of an abusive marriage, trying to protect her child — me — and build a better life. Her heart, work ethic, and qualifications were undeniable. She was brought into NABWIC, became a proud member, and was outsourced to work with Pirtle Construction on a project she cared deeply about: rebuilding Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School after the tragic shooting.

She was proud. She felt seen. She believed she was part of something bigger — not just construction, but healing. But that dream was short-lived.

Once my mother shared her living situation — that we were staying in a domestic violence shelter while waiting for housing in Broward — the support disappeared. A woman who once championed her turned cold. Miscommunication and judgment took the place of empathy. Her vulnerability was shared behind closed doors. The leadership — including Ann McNeill and her partners — made the decision to let her go.

There was no conversation, no compassion, no second chance. Instead, we lost our housing again and were forced to return to the shelter. This wasn’t just a job loss — it was a blow to someone who was already fighting for her life and mine.

I may have been a child at the time, but I remember. And now, as a teenager, I understand even more: this is a heartbreaking example of how some Black leaders, once in power, mirror the same systems of oppression we’ve fought so hard to dismantle. What happened to my mother wasn’t just unprofessional — it was a betrayal of everything NABWIC and MCO Construction claim to stand for.

Empowerment isn’t just about applause or the spotlight. It’s about who you stand by in the dark.

My mother has since risen — becoming a COO of another construction company, continuing to advocate for others in crisis, and still carrying herself with grace, strength, and humility. She would have been a fierce ally to Ann McNeill, MCO Construction, and Pirtle Construction — if only she had been given a chance.

So this is not just a review. It is a call for reflection.

You lost a loyal asset. A powerful woman. And you set a terrible example for the next generation watching.

My experience with Casam group was amazing, I was 9 months pregnant and Carlos made everything easy and smooth for me. He and his assistant were always on time, very attentive to details, very careful with everything and the best of all: did a great job fixing my ceiling and painting my entire apartment for the best price I could find. I’ve recommended the company for my neighbors and friends and everyone else also had a great experience! I highly recommend the company and look forward to work with the again in the future.

Contracted with them for pool cage replacement after Ian took out the old one.From the very begining they were very professional, sales measured the pool and texted it in to office and within 10 minutes I had received a quote which was 2k less than another business..When work finally started the crew was great.. professional, courteous, on time and finished the job when expected...I am very happy with their service.

Everything came out perfect. They are attentive, and explain everything so that there is no doubt about what they are doing. I recommend them.
