Constraction reviews in North Miami, Florida

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Cap Group and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks to their expert advice, the layout and livability of my home have been significantly improved. They didn't just follow our initial plans; they provided insightful recommendations that transformed my space in ways I hadn't imagined.

One of the standout aspects of this contractor's service is their reliability. In a market like Miami, where finding dependable general contractors can be challenging, they truly set themselves apart. They consistently showed up on time, adhered to the project schedule, and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Overall, the Cap Group exceeded my expectations in every way. Their expert advice, reliability, and ongoing support have made a lasting impact on the quality and enjoyment of my home. If you're looking for a general contractor in Miami who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend them.

We had work done in our apartment in Miami, we are very particular about quality and finish, we hired the company "The Cap group" and we were very satisfied with their quality of work and their punctuality, we highly recommend them without hesitation.

We used Gold Construction to remodel our 3 bedroom Brickell apartment and could not have been more pleased! The team is very knowledgeable and had excellent suggestions about how we could approach various aspects of the remodel. Many of them saved us a lot of money and were superior to the ideas put forth by other reputable contractors. From the beginning, their team provided a detailed work plan and schedule, reliable budget and established an easy means of communication through a text message group (brilliant!). We knew when they would be here, what they would be doing and when they would be finished. Whenever I was not completely happy with how something had turned out, they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. When we changed things during the project, I never felt like I was getting anything other than a fair fee on the change order. The final result was a flawless execution of our dreams, and I consider the Gold Construction team to be an extended part of our family. I would recommend them unconditionally (and have done so to close friends who have exactly the same feedback). Feel free to reach out if you'd like a reference for them. You won't be disappointed.

Unprofessional business, would look else where.

Highly recommend Andcon Construction!! Professional, Reliable, and exceptional. Great communication and attention to detail! They'll get the job done right!

Andcon Construction was professional, reliable, and delivered high-quality work on time. Great communication throughout the project. Highly recommend!

I’ve worked with Andcon personally and have also referred them to many of my clients. They consistently deliver outstanding results—always professional, detail-oriented, and reliable. I highly recommend their services and look forward to continuing to work with them.

I recently had Andcon Construction build an addition to my home in Miami, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, Andcon and their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail.

The addition turned out beautifully, exceeding my expectations in terms of quality, design, and functionality. The crew was courteous, respectful, and kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the project.

Andcon was responsive to my questions and concerns, and their communication style made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. They worked closely with me to ensure that the final product met my needs and budget.
Definitely recommend!

My One Stop Shop for all my professional tools and supplies love the DOW 995

Hello, just letting you know in the area of Vero Beach, Cocoa and Melbourne there is a general contractor who works for this institution that is not professional at all. He asked me for money for some permits and I never presented them, all a lie...

Reliable work. Thank you.

I recently hired JMK Contractor to build an addition for my home in Coral Gables, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From day one, their team was incredibly responsive — always quick to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure every detail was handled properly. The quality of their work is top-notch, with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout.

What really stood out was their on-time guarantee — they stayed right on schedule, exactly as promised, which is rare in construction. The project was completed smoothly and the finished space looks amazing. I’d highly recommend JMK Contractor to anyone looking for a reliable, professional team that truly delivers on both quality and service. It’s a good value for the price. We paid $350 per square foot for our addition with high end finishes.

Son muy puntuales.

Ellos son comfiables, puntuales y muy profesionales, los recomiendo al 100%

El servicio es impecable. El trato es gentil y discreto. Me cotizaron más barato y no hubo cobros escondidos. Los recomiendo plenamente.

After having raw sewage back ups and spillage into the home I came to the conclusion that I needed to either rip up the foundation and walls in my two story duplex to replace the cast iron pipes or solve the problem by using pipelining.
Miami Trench less Pipelining Corp, came out the next day after I called did a camera evaluation and gave me a very reasonable quote and proceeded the next 3 days with a very labor intensive, complex procedures. The communication with Mr Barrios and crew was fluid and timely. They were careful and left the work areas clean.
I can highly recommend this company to remedy your cast iron sewer line problems.

Amazing service

Thank you Gary for all your help 🙏
