Byron, did an outstanding job today. He searched the areas involved and spread the control to deter the snakes on my property. He was on time and very informative.

I realized that since June, I've made 4 payments to this company with 0 service done in return. Last Monday 8/11/25 I called the company because my entire lawn is filling up with weeds. I come to discover that they had the wrong address listed and so my lawn received 0 treatments. They apologized and offered to do a couple of services for free and scheduled service for last Friday 8/15. The serviceman never showed and texted me that he would come later in the month. So I called that day. It's now Monday evening 8/18 and I still haven't heard back. So here I am months after starting service and I have to show for it is a lawn almost completely covered in weeds with over $200 paid to a company that has provided 0 service to me.

New customer, for Lawn Treatment and weed control and thus far the customer service is stellar. Technician Tracy calls to say he's coming and explain what he is going to do etc. Professional and polite.

We are only on the second yard service and have already noticed a decline in a persistent weed that other companies were struggling to address. The pest service also resolved an ongoing issues we had with centipedes that was not being properly addressed with other companies. The technicians are friendly and professional and take their time and explain what they are doing.

This company is the worst . Do not hire. They lie. You will never have the same tech. Grass will be completely full of weeds or it will be killed. They have know idea what they are doing. And if they try to sell you new sod do not buy it . It is full of army worms . They killed half my lawn in the front and half my lawn in the back put sod down and killed the other half. The manager will tell you what you want to hear. The egos are laughable. Trust me not them it cost me 8000.00 to replace my lawn.

Pest Bear sprayed our lawn for weeds and they were clearing up the next day. Great job and we are very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with PestBear.

When I first hired them, I was promised that within three months my grass would be healthy and thriving. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. My lawn was originally green and healthy, but after about two months of service, my grass began to die completely. It got so bad that I had to replace the entire lawn to avoid receiving violations from my HOA.

Even after replacing the grass, I gave the company another chance and continued service, hoping things would improve. Sadly, my new grass is now also struggling and is not growing in a healthy way.

What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When I called to cancel, the manager was rude, gave me an attitude, and even hung up on me while I was speaking, which was extremely unprofessional. I also requested a refund for the last service, but they refused.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend spending your money with this company. If you care about your lawn, please be cautious

Reliable company. They get rid of weeds that basic big box store weed killers don't. Great technicians. 4 star bc asked for spray of weeds in cracks of driveway and that was an upcharge. Yard looks better and fewer bugs.

Removed trees, bushes, numerous plants to revamp my home.
