Our lawn has never looked worse. We have had various issues over the years with Trugreen and it seems that they only use plugs for bare spots in the lawn . That hasn’t worked. This year the bare spots are larger and more numerous. (See photos) We called to cancel service and the rep asked us to give them a chance to remedy the problem, so we scheduled a visit with someone from Trugreen this morning. No one showed up. We were gone this summer and no one ever contacted us to discuss the condition of the lawn. So we’ve canceled the service.

We were pleased with Richie who came for our first spraying. He had a great attitude and answered all my questions. He has lots of experience and effective training behind him. He even knew the name of the weed that has been threatening to overtake patches of our lawn and I have not seen it anywhere else in our neighborhood. We we're pleased he didn't just start spraying he rang the bell first so we could talk to him. Good job TruGeeen.

My lawn looks worse than before Trugreen started treating. Today I was about to let out my dog in the backyard and i saw the Trugreen guy back there spraying despite them only supposed to be treating the front lawn. I am very lucky to have caught them right at the time they were back there or else it could have harmed my family or our pets as they were not supposed to be treating that area. The area they are supposed to be treating in the front lawn is 99% weeds. More weeds than when we started. The backyard is now completely dead so I’m starting to worry maybe the entire time they have been treating the wrong area, killing all of our backyard grass and putting my family at risk for chemical exposure without knowing we are to let it dry (since they aren’t supposed to be treating the backyard!) They have been unable to confirm if the front lawn was actually ever treated or if they have messed up and treated the complete opposite the entire time. I should have never paid for the year.

Update: see pics of dead st Augustine grass, and only thing left alive is the weeds that are thriving better than ever.

Yes, I’ve been a True Green customer now for four years they take care of my yard. It’s a gravel yard and some landscaping but they do a great job they’ve been very thorough any problems you have you can go to them and let them know and they’ll take care of it. They’ve been good to me so far I’ll stick with him. Justin Berry has been a really good technician very thorough he always make sure that I’m happy with the job and it’s A pleasure to have him as my technician

Do not use this company to protect your lawn. I've had service with them for a little over a year and recently my grass started turning yellow and dying. Turns out I have bugs eating the roots. They initially told me my coverage didn't include bugs, even though that's the main reason I hired them in the first place, then the said that they were going to spray for bugs at my next service. This is what my lawn looks like under their care.

Before and afters of Weed Man service. Worst experience. Now I have to replace the front lawn because it’s destroyed in only the last 1.5 years of service. FYI I’m not a lawn person but when it was green and looking good, I was doing it myself. This is what a professional will do for your lawn.

I do not recommend this company at all they do not care how much money customers paid for the job to get nice grass like Saint Augustine in my case I did paid 40k and I will post some pictures of how it looks now , they do lot apply the right amount of chemicals or spray the right way I hire it them thinking that since they are big companies and good reputation but is the other way around I am really Disappoint and it will cost me more money to try to get this straighten,, also they do said that they do weed control and I have weed all over the yard , I want it make this clear that is not money problem or I get what I paid for I paid over 400 dollars a month to maintain this home and here is the results

I reviewed this company when I first got started with them. I am now amending my review due to the poor quality of service I received. They were responsive to my calls, however they were not on top of the issues going on in my yard regarding Cinch Bugs. They initially treated a small area that I pointed out to them but did not treat the entire area of infestation. This resulted in the cinch bugs moving and spreading. They were out several times last year trying to rectify the problem. The end result was my yard looked worse than it did before they started. They came out with 30+ trays of grass plugs, literally plopped them down and told me to go buy bags of white sand and cover the plugs. Then water every day until the plugs took root. I paid them for a full year in advance, this too was a huge mistake. When I called to complain the last time and fire them they offered me a “free “ final treatment. However they did charge my credit card for that treatment resulting in another phone call to the office to have it removed.

TurGreen has very poor customer service! You will have better , luck reaching the US President than someone local to speak with, all calls go to a call center, and they don't have a clue about your local service! I have plenty of weeds in my yard, and when they come to spot treat-they miss more weeds than they spray.

The weeds they do spray continue to thrive and spread. They over promise and under deliver-like a lot of companies who are at the mercy of employees who just don't care. The attached pictures do not do justice to my weed problem, I cancelled my service with them and I do not recommend their service!

I would give -0- stars if that option was available. As the photos show our lawn presently after the TruGreen service in comparison with the lawn just prior to their service. After several phone calls, texts and conversation with the technician for the 2nd service, no one can explain to me what happened. I requested a supervisor to visit the property to provide an evaluation, but one never came. So, I promptly cancelled TruGreen!!! No one there understands lawns.

If you need tree work done, THIS is the guy to call! You seriously can’t beat his prices—best estimate you can get, and it was completely FREE. Other companies really be charging just to show up… crazy!

Did an awesome job! Cleaned everything up-driveway and yard looks better than when they arrived!

I was very pleased with Anthony's Tree Service. They were able to come out quickly and showed up on time as scheduled. They have skilled workers and the latest equipment. They were able to complete the job in one day which included removing 3 large oak trees, trimming 2 oak trees and trimming several palms. They hauled all the debris away and grind the tree stumps. I saved his number and will use him again.

I can’t recommend Anthony’s Tree Service enough! From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. Anthony and his team showed up on time, worked safely, and did an amazing job trimming and removing trees on my property. They left everything clean and looking better than before.
