I had a new unit put in less than 2 years ago and I have had nothing but trouble. It started with the install the technician never remo ved the old cement so the unite was uneven and the water was going back into the unit.,that took many phone calls finally the owner came out and saw the mess so they came out and reinstalled the unit. I was not happy because I think they should have given me a new unit,but I let it be. Less than six months ago they had to come out because it was running but no air was coming through the vents new part had to be but on now tonight the fan is running outside but no air inside. I had unit before that was 10 years old that never gave me problems until I had to replace it. I will be waiting for phone call tomorrow so that they can come out and fix it again. This is getting old. I feel like they owe me a new unit because at this rate it is not going to last.
I want to say that I received a phone call from the general manager and we had A very good conversation and I feel alot better about my problems. It was very nice to know that they are willing to work with their customers. The problem that I had has been taken care of and the service worker was very helpful and kind. Thank you for taking care of my concerns

Jim arrived in a timely manner. He is friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Jim has been our technician for a number of years and we value the consistency and respect for his customers.

We’ve been using superior for quite a few years when we moved into this house. There was an old unit in there that we called them to service for us. One day they came out was having problems and they told us we had an issue with it. Show me what it was understood and we got a new unit from them. We’ve had this unit for three or four years now we’ve had to have them come out a couple of times and they have always came out when they said they were going to very promptly very efficient and very friendly and very professional we had to have them come out again today having an issue with the condenser fan and it came out. Chris came out the owner and did something and fixed it and said merry Christmas. It’s fixed. Just let us know if you have anything else they have been so kind to us that I am so grateful that I have superior because not too many places like this would treat you this kind. I was so grateful what they did and I would recommend them to anybody to use because they are I think the best.

Highly recommend this air conditioning company! From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and reliable. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Our AC is working perfectly now and the whole process was stress-free. We received a call from Chris from Superior and he advised that he has been servicing our unit for years. He made us an offer on a new AC unit and it was an offer we couldn't refuse. Chris was very, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. We made the purchase and Andrew was our installer. Andrew was amazing as he was also very thorough, polite and knowledgeable. Chris even called us the next day and came by our home to be sure everything was good. I would highly recommend this company.

Shawn from Superior Heating & Cooling is fantastic. He's been out to do routine maintenance on our unit a few times and is always courteous, professional, and helpful. He's very knowledgeable regarding all things HVAC and keeps us informed about how our system is performing. He gave us his number and told us to contact him if we had any issues. He's also just a pleasant, friendly guy!

I had Shawn from Superior Heating and Cooling come to service my burner yesterday. He did a very thorough job and explained everything to me. He blew out the lines and cleaned the coils outside which no other technician did before. He was very professional,courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him highly if you want a great job done. He is an asset to the company. I will use him each year and no one else.

P I would have to say that I have never seen a salesperson be as honest as Sean was and correcting. Not only the service call that he was sent out here for, but to give me updale updated information on how my unit was doing, what I could expect. Why about the heat pump that I didn't realize that we actually had? He explained about the service contract in which I took out because of his recommendation and his honesty. I had a very good visit with him as he was writing everything up his military. It was just it was a refreshing part of my morning to to well. First of all he was here before they said they was going to be here and I could tell after talking with him and stuff he was a restless person that wanted to work and didn't want to sit around waiting for time to to come around. So he was here beforehand and got the job done and I appreciate. As I said his honesty and what he told me and what I could expect and if I needed any help whatsoever. He gave me his own personal phone number and already to get back with him. That just does not normally happen. But every once in awhile you get a diamond. Now you did, thank you!

Everyone was kind and respectful. Very professional. They showed me everything, walked me through it, answered all my questions. Plus they had finance availability and worked with me and gave the best price and payment option. It wasn't painful at all and all the service members were very kind and respectful . Being a senior and fixed income, they took the pain away, both stress of a added life surprise and financialy. Kindness is always appreciated. Kudos and hugs to the Superior crew. Thanks.
