Kendall, Tiffany and the Harbor Air team have serviced my 18-year-old AC unit for the past five years, and it’s still running strong thanks to their consistent maintenance and support. This is the best HVAC company around. Kendall is a good guy and always pleasant to deal with. He will always give you a good deal and is not looking to take advantage of anyone. He always has top notch technicians that know exactly what they're doing. My family and I have been with him since the beginning and he services all of our houses and we are always happy and never ever have a problem with him. Anyone I refer to him are always happy. One woman I refer to him couldn't afford a brand new machine and Kendall went out of his way to find a 1-year-old machine that she could afford who else is going to do something like that? He has a thriving business now and that's all because he's a good guy and he's easy to get along with and he wants to make you happy.

Can’t say enough good things about Harbor Air! Communication was fast and efficient they were able to come out the day of contacting and maintenance and fix the issue with my unit! The repair person was very knowledgeable and kind! Great local family owned business! Will be using them from now on!

I have used Superior Heating and Cooling for several years now. They are the best. Shawn P. has helped me out of difficult times with A/C issues and is fantastic. He and his team were on the ball when hurricane Milton came through. I was less then a week without a/c. The office staff is always very curious and ready to help. I wouldn't use any other company. Highly recommend this company.

I purchased a brand new unit from this company in July/2024. The installation only took a few hours when I was told it would take half a day I found out at the first cold snap that the heat portion of the insulation never happened!
I’m upset the most because this company has jerked me around for 2 weeks! I still have yet to have a service person install the heat. The temperature inside my house is 58* !!!
I would not recommend them at all. 0/10 would NOT recommend!

Superior Heating and Cooling was a very easy and professional company to work with. Don is my main contact for them and is great to talk to and figure out what is going on. They went ahead and installed a brand new air conditioning system and did so within a day. I'm very happy with the install and the pricing was competitive! The air conditioning is blowing harder and colder than ever before. I'm also excited that with the new system my electric costs should go way down. Thanks again, will continue to use these guys for all my AC needs.

Bought a AC unit, it has broken down at least once per year. Service has been good but pushed for a new service contract. Felt like extortion but I paid.

We have used Superior since we purchased our home. Always fantastic, professional service. Shawn, our technician, always goes the extra mile to explain what he is doing and what shape our unit is in.

Charlie and Andrew could not have been any better, replaced our entire system and ductwork. Installation of the new unit looks great, new pad was leveled and unit was secured in place. Cut in new 14 inch return and sealed everything up, also ran a new thermostat wire. Highly recommend this installation team. Very professional and knowledgeable. Same product was almost $5000 cheaper than 2 different contractors, Very happy with Superior.

Shawn was professional and informative today while servicing my air conditioner. He set up to have the vents and duct work inside my home vacuumed and sanitized at a reasonable price; advising that it would improve the air quality in my home. Looking forward to less dust releasing into the air from the air vents after this is done.

Our system went down in our 2000sf manufactured home, and Superior heating and cooling maintained our system, even though they didn’t install the original system. Shawn Paradise came and tried to put life support into it, but we decided to put it to rest and have a new unit put in. Great price and warranty including parts and labor! Thank you very much to all the team that made this happen at Superior Heating and Cooling!

If I could get a zero star, is that exactly what they would get if you look at my photos and I posted it is my email of complaint highly unprofessional service I have received they installed an AC unit $8000 when nobody was home to confirm that they were even at the right address a month and a half later I still have not had everything completed that was promised horrible company I’ll be reporting to Better Business Bureau. I’ll call news channels and definitely let my community know not to use this company. I need to update this regarding the response. She called me while I was in a movie on Christmas day with a nasty tone. I didn’t email a letter to Danielle. I mailed US postal to Michele and Chris Hansen the owners of this company. They’ve never made attempts to come to my house actually one guy showed up in the middle of the day to install some grills that they never called to even set up that appointment on a weekday that I work the rebuttal is nothing but lies

Had to have a new system installed. All techs were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Thr area around the unit was cleaned up nicely, also.

No Heat, on a 40 degree morning, called the team at Superior A/C at 9 a.m., 2 technicians arrived by noon with tool bag and gauges in hand, they had the heat pump blowing hot air into the house a short time later and then performed the annual maintenance , thanks to the team at Superior A/C .

Called early on a Sat. a.m. Shawn showed up at the time I said I was available. He is always so curteous and professional. Fixed the situation in very short time. I have my heating and cooling back. Always have great service from Shawn.

Ariel and Kyle came to our house in Zephyrhills to install a new unit. They were very knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Called for Service on a Monday said they will be out the same day, never showed up. Called Tuesday morning said they will get there today but can’t promise a time. Didn’t show until Wednesday, said they needed a part will be back tomorrow. Advised them that this unit is still under warranty they said we know. Didn’t show back up until Friday and tried to charge for parts and labor, had to argue with the tech to warranty the parts. Labor seemed too high but at least we finally have heat. Horrible experience
