This Company is to be complimented on their choice of employees...Dezarray called to set up the appointment...very pleasant upbeat and reassuring. Danial the tech called a 1/2 hour before he arrived, he showed up on time, Danial was very professional and understood the issue. Danial then went to work, and as he was working he was taking the time to explain the issue. Which we really appreciated. Very good experience with this company due to their staff. I have a Home Warranty and the Home Warranty company sent the initial request for service. Dezarray responded immediately and set the appointment up. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that response and does exactly what they said they were going to do. Highly recommend this company....

Yet again another Disaster with this contractor due to a contract with American Home Shield Warranty. ( which has its own set of issues and poor customer service as well )
I was forced to use this company and had an appointment on June 30 . After much hassle and frustration and 3 appointments later as more than a week without AC , on July 8 , Marty finally arrived and replaced the motor and fan blower . He was pleasant, gave a courtesy call and had the equipment needed to do the job ! Hope it works!
Still haven’t heard from James - the supposed - supervisor- owner
Save yourself the hassle - If you have American home shield warranty
Ask for anyone other than AIR DR !!!! This company is disorganized, dishonest , disrespectful. -
Very poor experience. We had them come in for AC repair though a home warranty service. They fixed it and convinced us to use them for cleaning twice a year for $175. We did that. Then, two days later the AC died again. Called back and they weren't available. We asked if we could get a refund for the $175 for the two cleanings and they said no. We had another company come in and they actually fixed the AC. Since we couldn't get a refund on the two cleanings we scheduled the two cleanings for later in the year. The date rolled around and I tried to call them to see if we could move the dates. Their phone kept beeping twice then handing up. No body called to confirm the appointment we had scheduled, their phone wasn't working so we couldn't get through to them, and they never showed up on the scheduled day either. I don't know what kind of business this is but it doesn't work like a business. Looks like we lost the $175 so I wouldn't use them if I were you. It's a waste of money.

Filled a claim with my home Insurance Company because my AC unit had been vibrating violently and then stopped working. Air Doctor was assigned and were quick to call me and came out promptly. Service Technician Marco was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and was quick to diagnose the issues. Parts were ordered and Marco returned for the install. My blower wheel was completely stuck to the motor shaft but Marco was able to do a superb job removing the stuck blower wheel from the shaft by cutting the old wheel that needed replacement off. Got me up and running and now my AC unit purrs like a kitten!

Used my home warranty service. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment. Jack came out, cleaned the condensate pump and when he reinstalled it the pump stopped working. Instead of owning the problem, he left and said I would need to set up a new service with the warranty company. Within 20 minutes of him leaving, the a/c stopped working all together. Called the office, they refused to send anyone out without a new claim number from the warranty company. Don’t use this company they will break your system and leave you with no a/c in 85 degree weather.

I used them through my home warranty company after my ac died during a heat wave in tampa, fl. They came in 3 days after I filed the claim and too my ac motor. A week later they promised to come and fix it but on the day I called them they said they needed to order more parts. 3 days later they come back and install a used motor. The tech left stating he needed to order another part. After 2 weeks of no air conditioning I called another company the issue was fixed in 3 hours. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The good people at Air Doctor once again saved the day. The first time was about 8 years ago when they first installed my old worn out builder's grade AC systems with a 16 SEER units. The savings just in electricity was at least $200 a month. With that kind of savings the units literally paid for themselves over the years! Last Friday my smaller ac system quit working. I made a call to Air Doctor and was scheduled for the following Monday. I was fine with that but the team at Air Doctor called back and stated one of their techs came available and said he could be there within 2 hours. 2 hours later, as promised I have a friendly tech at my door. He trouble shoots and has the AC fixed within an hour, on the day I called. The entire transaction was perfect from the initial scheduling, repair and follow up. I always try to use local businesses when ever I can and Air Doctor is my "go to" for Air Conditioning.

Horribly bad experience. Originally scheduled cleaning with them beginning of July since they were contracted with AHS. Unfortunately, AC went out night before appointment. The individual that came out gave me a quote for the new ac system (handler and compressor). Stated it wasn't worth filing with AHS as they wouldn't cover it anyway. He said they'd give me a $500 AHS credit that they offer on new units (later found out that AHS doesn't do this and have never heard of it).
They were able to come out next day to begin work. Upon arriving they informed me that the air handler in the attic had to be relocated, that it wasn't serviceable in the attic and had to be relocated to the garage. This was going to cost me another $700 at which point I pushed back and they said they'd eat the cost. Oddly enough the materials they needed to relocate the unit were already dropped off in the morning, prior to telling me it would need to be relocated. During the installation I told them, and texted the salesperson, that they were blocking the garage light and door switches. I was told this was installed to code.
They completed the installation around July 7th at which point they still had to replace breakers in the panel to accommodate the new units. In addition, they had left work trash in two boxes that I told them was fine assuming it would be picked up within a couple days. Needless to say, it took multiple calls and emails and nearly 2 weeks before the trash was removed and breakers replaced. Nearly a month after the installation was completed an inspector arrived and failed the installation.
The inspection failed because of improper scope of work on the permit, relocating the unit, not installing a bollard in front of the unit, not installing a protective covering around the duct at ground level. Not surprisingly it was also failed due to blocking the switches. Because they relocated the unit and had to redo electrical they also required an electrical inspection which was never scheduled.
Another week has passed and I was contacted by the contractor that someone would be out the next day to complete the work noted by the inspector. At 10am, the next day, I called them concerned that they wouldn't be able to complete the work in time and that as a result we wouldn't have ac for the night. They apologized for the miscommunication and that I was misinformed, that they wouldn't be completing the work. They were only sending someone out to come up with a plan to move the unit. They also didn't have the parts in stock yet.
To be continued because they still haven't completed the work and inspections are still not complete.
The level of miscommunication, inability to listen and their lack of follow through is beyond unacceptable. These folks shouldn't be trusted with your ac and the fact that they failed an inspection for 4 things on a single installation is terrible. -
Was a very pleasant man. Explained things thoroughly and went over different options. Put me at ease and answered all my questions

Driver attempted unsafe lane change then laid on his horn when he realized his mistake. Then flipped me off as I was passing the truck

RoyalAire has been working on replacing the HVAC system at Wilson middle school in Tampa, Florida since last April 2022. They were supposed to be done by the end of the summer for the new school year. They are not even close to finished. They still haven’t figured out why the chillers are not working properly and exactly why the system is not functioning properly. The humidity inside the school is over the top. It is not a functioning atmosphere for students or teachers to suffer through 60% to 75% humidity in their classrooms. The recommended humidity across most research based studies is between 30% to 50% humidity. I have no idea why the Hillsborough County School District officials who hired this company find this acceptable or any of the stakeholders associated with Wilson are not in an uproar over this. This is unacceptable.

The RoyalAire driver forced me onto the incoming lane on Overpass Rd by changing three lanes without signaling, driving me onto the median. Despite my continuous honking!!! He took Elam Rd towards Curley Rd in Wesley Chapel. Clearly oblivious or indifferent. I want justice!! LOL!! To that driver - be careful! Lucky thing I was alone and not with my family.

Fixed my plumbing that I paid another company to replace. Showed up on time and are very professional. The issue was the other company’s had my pipes sloped wrong. Was fixed in no time. I appreciate dedication to quality control by the supervisor Mr. Hatfield.

-
Bryan is the top notch individual and an expert in his field. I highly recommend.
-
The best ever in the business thank you for keeping me cool brother

Very professional and the pricing is extremely reasonable.I've saved going through this company. I know a lot about air conditioning, but I'm disabled. So I had to call a company, and I knew he wasn't being deceitful with me.
-
Bryan was fantastic. A few weeks back when it was really cold my heat was not working and he came out and fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg. My kids and I were able to sleep comfortably that night.
He will be my go-to AC guy. -
I had Artistic Air for a new AC install. They did a great job and explained everything about the new unit. I'm well satisfied and would highly recommend them. Bryan even called the next day to make sure everything was running good. Kenneth Havens Senior Citizen

Thank you Bryan for an amazing experience! My AC unit was 30 years old still working. You offered to just fix it but I opted for a new unit. The installation was fast and efficient and 1 yr later you never had to come back. Everything worked perfectly 👌 never had that. I had 1 installed years ago in another home and the techs had to come out several times to get it right. The honesty and integrity you showed in my home and during the whole experience was top notch! Constant contact through the whole process made me a customer for life. Thank you doesn't seem like enough.
