Excellent experience. Very professional, hard working crew. It was a messy job (replacing all duct work) but they worked hard to keep the mess contained and cleaned up after they were done. Will definitely use them again

This company is the most honest, shows up on time and charges fairly! A diamond in the rough!
They had to come back several times to replace a number of parts, sensors, motherboard and digital display. They did not charge me for the additional parts or additional hours of labor! If you need work done on your ac this is the company to call.

Excellent service. They came to check on our pump which ended up being completely gunked up. Instead of just recommending a replacement and charging me, the tech worked diligently to remedy the problem cleaning both the pump and the drainage line. They also were able to come in less than 24 hours from the time I called them. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants good prices, product and service.

Good communication, texted identity.-wise use of ‘ locator’ .Chad arrived w/in 24 hrs of my initial call with 2 other technicians- quickly identified the problems- coordinated my neighbors unit as we have ‘ common ‘ A/C drainage outflow line. QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY and extremely PROFESSIONALLY they resolved any and all issues. Chad’ s prices were fair and reasonable. They are very good in follow up for the maintenance. I didn’t know it was about time but they contacted and reminded me that it’s time. I’m busy with my work schedule but thru text I’m able to schedule without calling. That tells you something there that they are truly care of their business.Keep up the good work guys! You’ve been recommended to all my co workers.

Noticed my heater was blowing cold air at night. So next morning very early around before work, I messaged I know A guy AC to let them know the problem. I was surprised they responded quickly and made a schedule after I got out from work.. Kenny came and analyzed the problem. It didn’t take long and found the problem and able to fixed quickly. That showed you there they know their job Quick fixer, Knowledgeable, reliable and always care the problem and stay on top. They are the best and you can trust. Keep up the good works guys, I’m sharing your business to people I know. Glad to know “I know A Guy AC” around that you can count on.

Chad and his team are exceptional. Professionalism meets personal meets quality to say the least. Not only will we only use Chad in the future, I Know a Guy is the only recommendation possible. They were timely, fair and explained in detail what was needed to get the job done. They made us feel comfortable with a no pressure approach and 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy; we got a next-day appointment which was quicker than we expected; Anthony who came and repaired our AC system was excellent in all respects; and the final cost was very reasonable. While I hope my AC never breaks again, I know it will and we look forward to working with I Know a Guy AC in the future.

Excellent AC company! Chad has been to our house and installed two separate mini splits for us and yearly maintenance on our AC system. Super cool “guy”, professional and on time. Each time he called about 15-30 minutes before arrival. Great prices and the whole team is wonderful. Definitely recommend Chad and his team!!

I was very disappointed as I needed to get over to get onto the 19 on-ramp and the driver of your van could have easily been kind and let me in. Instead I had to slam on my brakes to pull behind him. You might want to speak to your drivers about how they represent your company. I will be sure to tell everybody never to use your company because you don't have anybody kind. From lead by example.

Company doesn't seem to care about public safety as they allow their drivers of company vehicles to drive however fast they choose and as wild as they want with no regard of others.

Came on time. Didn't have enough breakers, so he replaced what he could and is returning Monday to finish. Dawn (telephone) is extremely helpful.

If you’re looking for any small jobs this isn’t the company to use. They only do the easy new construction jobs. Hope new construction is sustainable.

You call them for anything they don't call back or follow thru with your request. This company wired my whole house that was new construction. I wouldn't use them again
