Even before Adam began his company, we would request Adam to service our property when he was the lead technician for the people he worked for. Once Adam began Guardian Plumbing, we made a full transition to using him for EVEYTHING. We are huge proponents of finding a consistent and reliable company and creating a long term partnership with that person/company. Adam and his crew are the epitome of this concept. Adam is honest, efficient, a wonderful communicator, the consummate professional for your residential and commercial plumbing (and now AC/Heating) needs. I would, AND DO, recommend Adam to anyone who is on the fence about their current provider or anyone looking for their one stop shop person. If you ever had a hot water heater break and start leaking you know you need replace it and quickly. When I called Adam at Guardian he answered the phone which was an upgrade from many plumbing companies which only allowed you to leave a message and never called me back. Guardian came out the same day I called and replaced my hot water heater, but to me the best part to me was they were a pleasure to deal with.

We would like to thank Adam and Guardian Plumbing for the re-pipe of our home. They worked hard, solved multiple problems, including an island sink, in extreme Florida heat. They recommended Peter Horvath to fix the drywall and he did a fabulous job! We are VERY SATISFIED with work of Guardian Plumbing!

Why 5 Stars? Honest, on time, and got us out of a horrible situation when our house was flooded and needed some serious repair. In addition, calls for service later on were met with the same integrity and customer service.

Warning! Five Star Long-Term review ahead! Guardian Plumbing is fantastic. We had a little situation back in the summer which consisted of water coming out of the walls and floor, having to deal with insurance and then finally bathroom remodel and plumbing remediation. I had another plumber cancel on me last minute to re-do our plumbing in the bathroom and Adam at Guardian not only was there that afternoon to look at what I needed to do for the bathroom but also promised to be there the next day to do the job in the bathroom. We're not talking about a simple fix either. We're talking about a whole re-pipe of that bathroom going from the garage to the back bathroom. He educated me on pipes in Florida and how this can be common. The next week we ended up having the whole how re-piped and had a filter system installed just because of this. This last step was not required but after debate with my wife we thought it was the best thing because we didn't want to deal with having to do this again in other parts of our house. Remember the fairy tale where someone stops a leak in one part of a dam and it starts leaking out of a lot of other places? Yah, we didn't want that. Whole house was re-piped in 2 days and that included an area near the kitchen island where the didn't even have to tear up our floors! That was a miracle. Adam and crew have ways of figuring out how to get pipes re-routed where they need to go with minimal destruction. So basically I was left with a few covered holes behind appliances that we'll never see and a hole in my wife's closet where they needed to run pipes to the master bedroom. All of these things could be drywalled over at a later date as they do put covers over these holes to make them look nice afterwards. The best part about the whole thing? House was pretty clean afterwards. Adam and crew pride themselves for leaving things how they left them. The past 6 months with new pipes and whole-home filter for the house has been great as well. Better skin, can drink out of all taps, etc.

OK, now the second story. Not as epic but same customer service! Had some teenagers staying with us a few weeks while the family was in town visiting. When they left BOTH sinks and shower were jammed up. Called Guardian and they were out the next morning, fixed my stopped up stuff and all for a reasonable price considering how much stuff were stopping things up!

While most people probably wouldn't look forward to the next time they have to use a plumber, I will be certain that when I do I won't hesitate to know that the job will be done right, workers will be on time and issues will be solved!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I am the daughter of a building contractor in the Tampa Bay area for the past 40 years. I found this company on recommendations of other people in our neighborhood. We use them to initially find a leak and repair it in our garage. This led us to finding other leaks and we had to re-pipe our entire house. I was terrified of the process as I just had recently remodeled my kitchen. They were here for three days and did an amazing job with barely any evidence left to show that they had done their work. They are professional, each member of this team went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use them in the future so long as they are in this area. Do not use anyone else, use this company, they are the best! The value of their pricing was way below what other people were charging and I believe they are worth so much more!

I had the main water shut off valve replaced for the house. Since its in a community with a shared water meter, all 21 neighbors would be without water for the duration of the repair.
Adam came out and looked it over. We made an appointment for the following week. He called and confirmed. Showed up on time. Had all the right parts. Did a quality job and quickly restored water to the community. Clean, professional work!
Just what you what in a locally owned business.

I called to simply have a toilet set. Adam and his helper came and bragged his way thru the process telling me how good and “reasonably priced” his services are. 20 minutes later he told me he was done and if I needed grout around the open bottom of the toilet that I needed to clean the area around the bottom myself and maybe he could come back another time to finish! I’m a 73 year old man and was not looking to finish his job. He then charged me a”discounted” $300 for the service. I have since spoken to 2 other licensed plumbers who quoted me under $150! If you want poor service and sky high prices call Guardian Plumbing.

I just had Guardian replace a broken offset toilet flange. They had to cut out the old one, add concrete, to support the new flange, set the toilet. They got it all done CORRECTLY in a half hour! James and his helper were courteous, and worked clean. Adam the owner was good to deal with too. Highly recommend.

Guardian Plumbing was awesome! Adam organized an entire house-gutting project with me, and I was in Atlanta the entire time. First it started with his camera inspection and hydro jet which saved me a ton of money that I was expecting to pay to retrench with another plumber. Then in a total gutting of the house, I had Adam replace the bathtub, toilet, vanity, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, on-demand hot water heater, water softener, water filter and an entire house re-plumb, kitchen and bathroom/shower faucets and hardware, washer/dryer connections and dishwasher install and refrigerator valve. Adam is super responsive, high-energy and stayed in contact throughout the project. I appreciated the fact I could text or call and get prompt responses or calls back and he always did what he said he was going to do with no BS, on-time, and very good pricing. I wish all contractors worked like this. 10 out of 10.

called adam in June for home inspection after purchasing house, replaced 3 toilets, water filtration system installed, 3 seat bidet installed , changed all my old plastic fittings.repaired shower leak. I had a hammer in my pipes, several plumbers came out and said different things, and some wanted to charge thousands of dollars to investigate. adam came out and within a short time he said i had a bad water meter and it was city problem to fix. they originally said the meter was good, this time they came out again and changed meter, surprise no noise no problem, plumbers wanted several thousand to fix problem, adam fixed for 200. Pipe broke in wall, ( this week) i called he told me exactly what to do and came out at his first available time. prices very reasonable, adam and his company are very trustworthy there were several things i was thinking of changing and he advised not to and told me ways to save money. i have referred him to family and friends and everyone has been very satisfied and called and thanked me, if you are looking for a quality honest plumber i highly recommend Guardian Plumbing

We needs to have our entire house re-piped. YES! The whole house! Builders had put in pipes that were deteriorating and no longer covered under homeowners insurance. Adam was prompt and professional. The work was completed in 3 days with minimal amount of openings in the walls. They crew was friendly and cleaned up after each day! I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

We had a terrible leak and flooded our house during the night Adam came in with the sonar and headset found where the leak was way back in the inside of a closet very difficult to get to he did the job had to drill the concrete take it all out repair the pipe put the sand Back in on a weekend. And install a kitchen two new bathrooms fully and complete water softener upgrade it, we’ve had nothing but good experiences with Adam and I would highly recommend them to anybody else ,we’ve Experience the worst but finding Adam is The best experiences we had with plumbers, very professional and Fair .

Called Guardian Plumbing for a proposal to evaluate a drainage problem in our backyard. Adam, owner, came out and provided several solutions. Liked Adam from the beginning and we weren't disappointed. Multiple trenches were dug by hand to tie into an existing drain pipe. Not only was Adam concerned about making sure the depth and pitch of the pipes were correct, but he also wanted to protect the sod removed and surrounding grass. Cut sod was rolled up and placed in shade and tarps were laid on either side of the trenches to place the dirt dug from the trench. Adam and his crew worked hard to get the job done in one day to make sure the sod could be replaced as soon as possible. Very pleased with the results and the care taken to restore the lawn to near normal. Highly recommend Guardian Plumbing for any kind of plumbing, outdoor drainage or irrigation (sprinkler system) work. You'll be happy with the great work and fair price.

We had a large project, replacing the pipes underneath the house. Adam kept us updated throughout the process. They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner, and all within the quoted price. The houses in my neighborhood have Polybutylene plumbing, which can rupture and cause a flood, or a small leak that can ruin you drywall. That's the case here. I met with Adam on Tuesday and his crew was here on Thursday. They were extremely courteous and friendly. They made minimal cuts in my walls to re -pipe my entire house.
It was a loud, messy ordeal, but now, I have peace of mind about my plumbing.
It took almost 2 days to complete the work. I'm happy I bit the bullet and had it done. Guardian set me at ease about the process.

I have never used a Plumbing Service this good in my life. Adam and his team are wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable and service oriented along with honest. I had a sewer smell in my house. I called in a leak detection company to do a smoke test. They found issues with my stacks but nothing more. They couldn't figure it out. I had a contractor in my house for another reason. Could not figure it out. I had a plumbing company I used for years tell me they didn't know what it was. So I called Adam at Guardian by a referral by a friend. My pipes were clogged and they cleaned them out for hours. He came in used sonar to detect the blockage in my pipes in a wall in my family room. I had blockage in a pipe in that wall. He didn't have to take the wall down to detect it. He also found my pipe out in my yard to the sewer was cracked. They repaired that. He also fixed one of my stacks on the roof. I would suggest, if you have any plumbing issues, call Guardian. Don't waste your time with any other company.

Recently had our Water Heater replaced by Guardian due to a small leak that we noticed. They came out and gave us an estimate and the next day installed the water heater and a new water softner. The price was really competitive to what I had looked into a year ago.

They did a great job and took care of a few small issues at the same time. Really appreciate the work they did and would highly recomend them.
