I want to share our experience with Guardian Home Services in Oldsmar. They were recommended to me by a realtor friend. They were outstanding. I reached out to Tammi (big boss in charge of everything) when our AC went out. We had a bid from our regular heating and air company for a new system and we were floored at the high price. No discussion of options or various price points. Tammi was super helpful, listened to my needs and sent Justin out to propose a few systems. He was patient and explained everything and answered all my questions. My husband and I chose one and sent Javier and his assistant Zac to do the install. Zac and Javier could not have been nicer! I would recommend that you call Tammi with any of your AC needs. They made us a priority and helped us when we needed it. Great price. Great company.

Parking in our OTOW lot, Guardian plumbing dented our new car and refused to acknowledge the fact. They were the only ones parked next to us. After numerous back and forth with them Guardian finally said if they acknowledge their fault for the damage, Guardian would have to take the amount of damage out of their employees pay! What; you don’t have insurance?? It just tells me what kind of company they are. Be careful!

Brand new York A/C install after my old unit quit. There was a manufacturer defect discovered when installed. Gaurdian did not cut corners, they replaced with an entirely new unit to fix the problem. Both York and Gaurdian stood behind the product and workmanship with 0 hassle. Justin did a great job installing new unit and going over its operation. Great pricing, great product, great people. 10 out of 10 Highly Recommend! Thanks Again!

I needed to replace my entire AC / HVAC system because my old system had several problems and not cooling very well. They were out quickly and had it professionally installed in about 1/2 day. The techs were very friendly, hard working, and cared about my house while working. The price was much less than others (had some energy rebates) and my unit now has a 10 year warranty that can be transferred to another owner. I am impressed with the companies communication and shared knowledge that I got all along the process from researching to after care maintenance.

My mom recently had Adam come to my mom’s condo. She wanted a water softener installed. He was polite and knowledgeable. My mom had the installation done and Justin and Tai were excellent in their workmanship. They were neat and gave us instructions for usage. Having a small area to work around, Adam and the guys were able to make the unit work in tight quarters. My mom is thrilled.

We had a leak in our foundation. Adam was quick to come out the day that I called for an estimate and had Rob & Javi come out the very next day to start the job! Rob & Javi did a stellar job repiping our entire house. Both work efficiently and quickly to get the job done. Both were very friendly and answered any questions/concerns we had! Thank you all for the fast turnaround and stellar work! Both myself and husband are so appreciative!

Josh and his electricians did a tremendous job for us in January February and March for a family room, kitchen dining room remodel and were always neat and clean. I have just had them return to replace some fixtures on our master bath and again they were clean and neat. We will call guardian 1st and we have needs in the future for electrical upgrades or service work

Kevin from Air Zone Air conditioning is a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly person. He is been to my house twice for 2 different issues. He spotted the issue within few mins and quickly resolved the issue related A/C not working. I really recommend air zone as they are very quick to respond, help get the parts Sooners in all effort to solve the customer issues as quickly as they can with all proper diagnosis.
Kevin explains in details the issue and break it down by steps on all the process involved to fix the issue.

They came out the day I called to check. Diagnosed an expensive fix for a 10 year old A/C system. So, instead, they were able to come out the next day and install a new unit!! They were on time and very polite. Highly recommend. Glad I have my semi annual checkup with them.

The technician was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He found an issue and fixed it quickly. I went through the Duke Energy program and this only cost me $50!

The lady in the office is a bit rude, but if you can get past that, I would highly recommend this company.

Outside fan motor quit. Fast diagnosis, replaced motor in 45 minutes. Best price after calling 3 other shops.

Do not use this company... I am surprised they are still in business.

My home insurance company called Air Zone Air Conditioning and it took them 3 days to show up and 3 more days to send two separate workers one who trouble shot and the other just said it was working and two hard to fix.. The HVAC system is a 2024 and less than a year old and this company could not fix the issue. It was the thermostat. I spoke to the owner and he just made excuses and said it was acceptable for his technician to not know, want to or care to try and figure out what was wrong with a one year old HVAC system. Run from this company. They say it is fixed, and the same issue happened. I was able to call another AC company and they came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than two hours and then followed up with a call the next day to insure the AC unit was still working.

The texts who came to my home, were very nice and professional. The diagnosed the problem and explained what had to be done. After going over the issues, I chose to take their recommendations.

Air Zone did an install at my condo 7 years ago. Recently had them out for maintenance and to install IAQ UV product. Response was prompt and technician was great! System is running perfect!

Kevin was very professional and listened to my issues and stayed in contact with me throughout his service call. As I was working and my wife was at home alone. He suggested a few things that need attention to on top of fixing the problem at hand. And sent pictures of his findings after 5 pm. Thanks again Kevin for your professionalism.

great customer service ! Service men showed up on time got right to work and were done in 4 hours from start to finish and that includes cleaning up after themselves unit works great and came with a 1 year all parts and labor warranty . Respectful of property as well 👍

I thought he did a great job. Professional and courteous. He explained everything very well. I had some repairs done on damaged air ducts.

I've used this company a few times, Tim has been our tech over the last few years. It really helps when you have the same tech, as he gets to know your system in addition, it shows the retention of the company's employees. We had our original ac over 22 years and Tim easily could have recommended a new system years ago. Well it finally caved and it was time. Pricing was fair, discount for cash. System went out over the weekend and by Tuesday two techs came for an entire new AC system. Extremely professional, very nice, efficient. The work was amazing, product is working nicely. It is new, so hopefully no issues. I will update regarding g any changes or warranty issues however I anticipate none.

Do yourself a favor. Do not use this company please. Tech didn’t even bother to find the issue. They blamed it on us for no access to the unit, not maintaining our unit etc which we do regularly. Called another airconditioning company who immediately resolved the issue. I was compelled to Air Zone because they are a preferred vendor of the home warranty company.
