They came out the day after I called. Sent me a text with a picture of my repairman. Gave me a two hour window and the repairman called and showed up at the beginning of the two hour window. Figured out what was wrong with my fridge. Had to order a part and make a second visit to replace and repair. Everything went perfect. Thank you Ronald and Mr. Appliance.

Had a freezer that kept icing up, Ronald came out and was totally knowledgeable and professional in taking it totally apart, de- icing and clearing the drain line then reassembling. Would highly recommend Mr Appliance for any repairs

The folks at Mr Appliance are great. I was able to set up an appointment way after usual business hours and they were able to check out my mom's busted dryer the next morning. They were willing to fix her old dryer and got it done that morning . It wasn't the cheapest but they got it done they got it done quick and they treated my mom well. Taking care of elderly parents is tough and they made it easy or at least easier. In contrast a large major competitor of theirs was unwilling to try to fix my mom's old dryer after I told him what vintage it was. Mr Appliance will be the first place I call if my mom has another Appliance go down.

I thought auto dealerships were the worst until now. Mr. Appliance is a brilliantly designed rip off. My experience with them to replace an infinite switch on a stove.... $300 for a $20 part and a 10 min. installation. How insane is that?! Right out of the gate it's $125. I had listed the make, model and problem online when I scheduled the appointment, so there was no reason, other than to charge $125 to drive to my house, LOOK at the stove (he didn’t touch the stove, no testing it or open the drawer to make sure I had the right model), tapped on a tablet for 10 min. and gave me a $300 "miscellaneous minor repair" estimate. I thought he was joking or high. But I was stuck, I have to pay this company $125 for a completely unnecessary trip to my house and still need to get it fixed or pay the $300. Did he have the part with him? Oh no, he had to order it and come back. They must just drive around in an empty mini van for show. “Flat Rate Pricing to Give you Peace of Mind” they send me in an email AFTER the initial appointment. $225 labor for a 5 min. job or a 10 hr. job. Yes, that certainly gave me “peace of mind” knowing it will cost half as much for this repair vs. buying a new crappy stove. Had I known these crooks were going to charge a $225 flat rate for installation, I would not have made the appointment to begin with. So, if you have money to burn and time to waste, by all means, this is the company for you.

We googled appliance repair companies and I saw the great google reviews for Mr. Appliance. I honestly I have not had an appliance that needed repairing in a long time. Mr. Appliance called immediately on a Friday afternoon to say they would be out on Monday. The communication was outstanding, with email and text alerts. Donald was our technician and knew his stuff. He found out the issue with our LG stove and fixed it. The cost to repair wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I will definitely call them back and recommend to my friends.

I was really debating on whether I should even post this or not and I'm not a person to do negative reviews I try to be objective and and just be honest I just had a really bad experience with this business I don't think that one person should reflect the whole business I'm a delivery driver I'm new to this kind of work I'm learning how to do it I'm not the quickest person but the young lady who received the order from me She said her name was Wilson whoever that is was very rude very disrespectful and talk down to me and I don't deserve that I didn't say or do anything to her I really wanted to say something back to her but I'm better than that We all have bad days We all go through things but we don't have the right to take it out on other people God bless your business have a good day

The two guys who came out were super professional and knowledgeable. They troubleshooted a few issues for us and did great work!

I have used Above Electric for 10 years now and have always been happy. My electrician today, Job, was punctual, incredibly courteous, polite, worked quickly, and left no mess! If their service is anything, like their drivers be unreliable and dangerous seen their drivers swerving in and out of traffic, almost ran two people off the road me one of them no care for other people around them
