Charleston Bay Interiors is our “go to” design firm. Jen and Kristina are visionaries and can transform a space into something extraordinary. Our first project with Jen was a complete condo renovation from floor to ceiling. After our first meeting discussing our likes and dislikes, she knew immediately what we were looking for. We were amazed every time she brought something to the table. The finished project was mind blowing and absolutely beautiful. Our second project with Jen and Kristina was creating a backyard sanctuary, and once again we are still amazed with everything any time we sit out there. They are both, a pleasure to work with and have exceptional taste. They were attentive to our thoughts and ideas, and their ideas were 100% better than ours! On top of all that, the contractors they worked with to do both our projects were beyond exceptional. This is your interior design firm for any project!

Great service again. This time on our Samsung dryer. Fair price for what was repaired. (Replace right rear drum support, grease bearings on all other rollers and idler. Vacuumed install inside machine) Convenient and prompt appointment.

Ronald showed up on time both days. He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient as well as polite. It is rare these days to find excellent service, and I appreciate it! I will certainly call Mr. Appliance for any other appliance breakdowns.

Friendly, excellent customer service, on time…repair person didn’t have the part he needed to fix the oven but he drove to their warehouse and picked it up, fixed the same day. I didn’t have to wait for another appointment and my oven was fixed the same day.

Was able to quickly schedule an oven repair. Daniel was prompt and professional - he evaluated the situation, ordered the part and was back 48 hours later with the fix !

Fantastic service! Ronald called ahead to let me know he was on the way which was on time. He knew exactly what he was doing in the repair of my washing machine. And it cost less than what I was expecting. I highly recommend him and Mr Appliance!

Mr. Appliance, and specifically our service professional, Daniel A., was outstanding. He was super polite, thorough, and honest. Our refrigerator probably only has a year or two of life left, so my wife and I were trying to balance needed repairs with its anticipated life expectancy. Communication was clear and specifically tailored to our situation. We would undoubtedly use Mr. Appliance again.

Mr Appliance, repairman Ron, was very polite, was on time and he knew what he was doing. He was done probably in an hour and a half. The problem was our refrigerator was not cooling but the freezer was working fine. He thought right away and was an evaporator fan and that's what it was, today we are very happy with the 38° refrigerator. Thank you very much Mr Appliance and Ron. I hope we don't need you again but if we do you'll be hearing from us.

Yet as of 4 days ago, I am having the same problem. The DR indicator continues to come on and not dry.

I’m so happy with the service I received from Mr. Appliance! They were very friendly when I called and explained my situation with my fridge and I had an appointment next day. Ronald, the technician, was prompt and arrived within the given window I was provided, was knowledgeable and repaired my refrigerator the same day.
