I've used this company twice. They replaced a water heater that required some additional adjustments because it was in a difficult location. James and his crew remained on site late into the evening until all issues were resolved. The water heater has performed flawlessly. Recently, I discovered several leaks in the master bathroom's toilet and sinks. James discussed the issues and gave us an upfront price giving us all available options. He completed the repairs which required a toilet rebuild and updating the faucets. In both cases, this company is very diligent and meticulous on their repairs. The pricing was fair and James was kind enough to help me file a claim with my home owners appliance insurance. He answered all our questions and we never felt rushed to make any decisions. 3J's is definitely the company I would call for any future issues and I highly recommend them. We have used 3 J’s on multiple occasions now. We have had a terrible time finding a dependable and honest plumbing service since we bought our home in 2018. The owner, James ( believe ) is now our go to plumber and my husband and I definitely recommend their service.

Six days ago, our plumber, Travis, arrived on time to our emergency leak repair request. He came up with a solution, got the parts he needed, and made the repairs. He also fixed a second leak we were unaware of. So far, so good. We are very pleased!

6 days ago, the plumber responded to our emergency repair request on time. He came up for a solution to old pipe leaks, got the parts he needed, detected a second leak and made repairs to both leaks by replacing affected pipe in a timely manner. So far, so good. Very pleased with service.

Had a gas leak from our meter to our house. They answered the phone at 4pm that afternoon, and were at my house the next morning. They fixed the issue, cleaned up, gave some advice, and also fired up the hot water heater. Very professional, reasonably priced and did not have to wait for a call-back from an automated system, or voice mail. Highly recommend.

They responded within an hour and had the broken water pipe repaired the same day. Efficient, friendly service at a great price. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional and the pricing is extremely reasonable.I've saved going through this company. I know a lot about air conditioning, but I'm disabled. So I had to call a company, and I knew he wasn't being deceitful with me.

Bryan was fantastic. A few weeks back when it was really cold my heat was not working and he came out and fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg. My kids and I were able to sleep comfortably that night.

He will be my go-to AC guy.

Thank you Bryan for an amazing experience! My AC unit was 30 years old still working. You offered to just fix it but I opted for a new unit. The installation was fast and efficient and 1 yr later you never had to come back. Everything worked perfectly 👌 never had that. I had 1 installed years ago in another home and the techs had to come out several times to get it right. The honesty and integrity you showed in my home and during the whole experience was top notch!
