Gavin was fantastic. He fixed our plumbing issues in no time. He was polite and friendly and helpful. Also, speaking as someone who sometimes can feel a bit vulnerable with male workers, especially at night alone, Gavin was super approachable and respectful and seemed like a good person all around.

Everyone in the front office was very helpful with my long-distance semi-emergency. Then Kevin kept me informed start to finish, even though I was out of town. He diagnosed what needs to be done and I plan to use this company for the repairs when I return home.

Zach from Friends Plumbing was fantastic — professional, clear, and respectful of our home. He wore boot covers to keep the floors clean, explained everything thoroughly, and was upfront about pricing. He even offered to check other plumbing around the house, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Friends Plumbing always gives exceptional service. They are on time and efficient. Anthony installed a new kitchen faucet. He was knowledgeable and cleaned the area so well you would never know we had any work performed. Five stars every time.

Frustrated. I purchased a water softener directly from a manufacturer and asked Friends plumbing if the could install it for me. The technician came out and reviews my softener and said yes they could. I payed $1400 to have them install it plus replace our outside shut-off valve.

The tech installs the softener except they can’t find a way to run a cable to the power plug. They told me when they finished (1/27/2026) they would reach out to their manager and order a part to get it finally hooked up and running for me. On Thursday (1/29) I had not heard anything and called to find out if the part had been ordered or not. They told me they would ask and call back. They never called back.

I called again today (1/30) and asked again if the part was ordered and if they could give me an estimate on when my water softener would be usable. They said they would call back in one hour. Almost 3 hours later I finally get a call back and am told that they can’t find a part and I should just call an electrician to come take care of it.

After spending $1400 I just want my water softener to run and now I need to go find someone else and pay them to finish the job that Friends plumbing started.

They truly live up to their name! I found them on my own through Google and had several opinions from other companies in the area as to which route would be best for us after discovering a hot water leak under our concrete slab. They shot it straight every step of the way, gave me a very competitive rate, and took extreme care of our house during the process. We needed to run a new hot water line through our whole house and somehow the only drywall repair that I need to do is inside my closet in 2 small places. They even saved the drywall so I can use it to patch back up the hole. They also noticed that our shower was piped backwards and took it upon themselves to pipe it correctly rather than just leaving it. Truly top tier professional craftsmen. I have definitely found my go-to plumbers! I can’t recommend them enough!

Update 8/22 - Friend’s Plumbing doing it again. Shout out to Jay & Jared for their phenomenal service. They fixed a broken spigot and updated a couple of others to make sure it doesn’t happen again unexpectedly.

This company has some of the best employees when it comes to customer service and the quality of their work is also superb. Will continue calling them for all my plumbing needs and recommend them to family and friends.

Fantastic service from Ramon at Friend’s Plumbing. He was clean, professional, and solved our water heater problems quickly with a new unit. Great customer service from beginning to end! They were even able to come out same day, so I highly recommend Friend’s Plumbing.

Ezequiel was friendly and professional, listened to our concerns and understood the issue right away. He took his time and did a thorough search for the leak that Pinellas County utilities had emailed us about (constantly running water), and found the issue within an hour of arriving. Very grateful for his attention to detail, advice, and friendly service.

I am extremely happy with this company! From scheduling the appointment to their punctuality, professionalism, and the technician’s expertise, everything was top-notch. Ramone was great! He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He even walked me through how he was doing the repair, making me feel very comfortable that the issues were resolved. I’m going to specifically ask for Ramone if I have any plumbing needs in the future! I was also really happy to hear that I was supporting a family-owned business. Highly recommend!

Technician showed up within an hour and a half after placing my call on a Saturday morning. He was very knowledgeable explain everything clearly and repair the toilet. The technician clean The work area and left it better than what he found. I will definitely call them back again and I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you

The technician from Friends Plumbing was very nice, professional, and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the pricing felt high for the amount of work done.

I was originally quoted $305 to replace an exterior spigot that also serves as a main shutoff to the house. They did work with me and lowered it to $200, which I appreciated, but the repair itself only took about 15 minutes. After that, I was told another valve needed to be replaced and given an additional quote that I felt was excessive.

I ended up buying the parts myself for about $50 and completing the rest of the repair on my own. Had I agreed to everything, the total would have been close to $700, which felt overpriced.

Overall, great technician and good service, but I’d recommend getting clear pricing up front and comparing options.

We had great service. They came the same day we needed someone and the technician was very kind and polite. The work was done well and The technician did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards.

Friends was highly recommend in our area on social media and thier ratings are great so we went with them. Glad we did. Got an appointment right away and the problem was fixed same day. Our service yech Zach was awesome and we'd recommend to anyone.

I have a feeling there must have been some communication breakdown from what I was requesting an the price in which Friend's Plumbing quoted, so I thought I share.

I recently purchased a garbage disposal I needed installed for a local store. Due to my recent vision disability I am no longer able to physically see to install the disposal, which I have done previously.

I called for a rough estimate in which they responded they had to come out for a Free Estimate. Seems if they install these all the time they should be able a give a very rough estimate $250-$500 or whatever it is depending on conditions.

The technician met someone at the house. In less than 10 mins he looked under the sink, and at the new disposal still in the box. And the estimate without replacing any pipes and using the brand new disposal, he stated would take a couple hours at the cost of $600. $300 an hour seems a little high.

He was quickly thanked for his time, and I contacted another licensed plumber. Within a couple days they came out installed the unit in less than 20 mins at a cost of $150. If the price doesn't seem right I suggest you shop around.

Had a great experience with a water heater installation by David Aegerter. He was here bright and early and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right system for my home. I'd recommend him and Friend's Plumbing anytime.

Our plumber Cody Kyle was on time. He quickly addressed the issue with our toilet repairs. Cody took his time explaining to us the different options available to us. Cody is a professional. He is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Cody Kyle and Friendly Plumbers company.

New water heater installed. Kevin and Tim did a great job. They were professional and friendly. Also, they took the old water heater away and cleaned up any mess.

Chris was fantastic - everything you'd expect from a plumber who is highly professional. He confirmed the appointment, called when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time, completely the repair job honestly and expediently... (He even put on shoe covers.) Afterwards, Chris leaned up his workspace so well that I would never have known he was there. Definitely recommend!

What a great customer experience I had with Friends Plumbing, from scheduling the call with Michele through working with the Doc to resolve my plumbing issue. Friends Plumbing came and quickly fixed a leak I had under my foundation. It was not an easy job but Doc had it handled! Doc was was able to explain the process to me he executed the process and everything went smoothly. Doc was very professional, courteous, and extremely patient. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. One more important observation… They have top-of-the-line high-tech equipment and that means plumbing issues are handled quickly and precisely. I had a great customer experience with Friends Plumbing!! They just made a lifelong customer with me. I highly recommend them.
