Excellent service and prompt attention to our emergency.
My parents called at 6am when they noticed water outside their home this morning. It ended up being the main water line, so we had to shut off all the water to the house immediately...

Their call was answered by a friendly and helpful person at 6am! The dispatcher sent out a crew which was Ramone and Vince, whom were earlier then even expeted! The guys found the problem promptly - dug up the area and solved the issue within a couple hours.

Very pleased with their demeanor, honesty and prompt service.

We had all of our emergency shut off valves replaced by Ramon and Vince. Excellent work!! Great communication, arrived on time and after they put their booties on, went to work. Very efficient and friendly. Explained everything clearly. Cleaned everything up, even the paper towels they used and took their garbage with them. Very professional. I would recommend them!

I just had Work done by Friends Plumbing and can’t say enough good things about them. The young man Anthony Rossi and his assistant were not only very qualified at their job but as pleasant and personable as could be.They listened to me explain exactly what was going on at my house. They took their time and explained what it was they were going to do to diagnose the issue I was having. I just can’t say enough how happy I am that I called Friends Plumbing and even luckier that it was Anthony and his assistant that showed up at my house. I will now Consider Friends Plumbing my residence plumber and I will always request Anthony. Friends Plumbing better hang on to thoes two young men they are wonderful. Thanks again The Wards

This was our second plumbing issue that Doc from Friends Plumbing conquered. Formerly, it was a shower. This time, it was a main water line. Doc has a great personality and really knows plumbing. He went over my options and helped me choose what worked for me within my repair budget. Great guy. Great asset to your business! Thanks Doc!

I explained that there appeared to be a clog between my tub and toilet.

I paid nearly $800

My tub was not checked at all and is clogged. Water is coming out of the bottom of the toilet around the grout/seal.

Instead you guys sent me a quote for $80k to redo all of my plumbing. Im pissed.

Doc was great, handled my emergency efficiently and was friendly! Did a great job fixing my water mains and installing a sink in the garage

Ramon was personable, efficient and professional. The person who took our call ( I am sorry that I don’t remember her name) was in every way professional. I highly recommend Friends plumbing.

I had an excellent experience with Friend’s plumbing so far. Called for a couple small issues at my house and they were able to get someone out the following day. I received a call when the techs were on their way and I was able to track them via a link provided, so I knew exactly when they would arrive. Jack and J arrived on time, were respectful and straight-forward. They gave a few different options for the repairs and had the job done quickly and everything back up and running. A “free” one year plumbing exam by the ultra expensive Friends Plumbing and Heating is one not to be missed. Just kidding . 🙄 Done a couple weeks ago, water was left running in one bathroom, a several hundred $$ toilet fix as well as other suggestions amounted to over $1700. Note after the guy left it took me about 15 minutes to remedy a $700’estimated toilet replacement. He left his company stickers everywhere. Today we turned on the furnace for the first time in a few weeks that this technician Examined and stickered and after about 10 minutes the breaker kicks off! Over and over. Really??? This is my second experience with Friends. First trip they charged me around $1400 to ream a line and fix a toilet ring I think they may have broken. I have plumbers in the family. (Unfortunately in another state). I will recommend you avoid Friends Plumbing and Heatiing at all costs. Sorry to leave such a review but it is what it is.

Great service from Kevin. Right on time and very efficient. Explained the problem and gave us some options for service plans. Very happy with Friend's Plumbing. Will definitely use them again.

Kaine was excellent and spent a lot of time explaining what he needed to do and why. He also did everything that he could to make sure that the repairs were done in not only the best
