The team was great, and I highly recommend this company! I Especially appreciated how much time and care Ezekiel took when trying to help me locate a leak that the city reported I had due to a very high bill and crazy amount of water they said was used. Ezekiel took his time, searched inside and out, and use his expertise to help determine that there was no leak in the city had made a mistake. Thank you friends plumbing for the great customer service and I will definitely be calling on you again in the future!

We called Friends Plumbing with a toilet problem. Chris came out and assessed the problem. He gave us an exact quote on what the fix would cost. We approved the work and he went at it. Chris was knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Chris was professional yet friendly. The price was fair. I highly recommend him and Friends Plumbing without reservation.

Grant came out to my house at 8am after the wax seal on my upstairs toilet came undone and caused water to leak downstairs. He was efficient and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. Great work! Will be a returning customer if I ever need anything in the future

Update: came home from work around 6:30 to a major problem in my ceiling and had to call Caine out to figure out what happened and if there was an additional leak. Caine is a super hero! Bless this man. He completely changed my attitude after the headache of a day I had and we figured out it was just residual water from the previous leak. Had to cut open my ceiling but he helped me stay positive in a bad situation. Caine and Grant are angels so grateful I found an amazing plumber in my area

Highly recommend Friends Plumbing! They replaced the hot water tank in my second-floor condo quickly and professionally. James & Austin arrived right on time, completed the job in under three hours, and left the workspace spotless. They even hauled away the old tank and I received a courtesy follow-up call from their office. Great service!

Friends Plumbing replaced our 15 year old water softener with a new 32k Clack model. Grant flushed our lines and soft water is flowing. He also tweaked the heat setting on our 7 year hot water tank as one coil was set too low. This small adjustment made a big difference in our comfort. Grant approached the initial estimate and installation with professionalism that is hard to find -- he didn't oversell us and explained what was needed. I'm excited about this new softner -- and that tells you something!

After leak detection company found leak coming from my shower spout, I searched online for a plumber, I called 3J's because I appreciated that they had their pricing available online, they were a family owned local business and had good reviews. They answered the phone on the first call, and were able to help me that evening. I appreciated that they could meet me at at time that was convenient for me and didn't charge me an after hours rate. Father and son duo came together, they were punctual (early actually!) and very polite. They were efficient and quickly found the problem and were done within 1 hour. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was fixed and that I had no more leaks. I thought their pricing was very reasonable. They did not leave a mess and were very respectful of my home and my kids that were curious. I would highly recommend them and if needed will call them again in the future.

Called b/c of the reviews and spoke with James who was very prompt. I advised him of my concern he was doing a job and came right over afterwards great communication. He came with his son explained everything needing to be done did excellent excellent excellent work and not only fixed my problem/leak but went above and beyond. 3 J’s plumbing service was very responsive to my inquiry and gave me very rapid response, especially considering my hot water heater was an odd size. Markos showed up right on time was very thorough and meticulous. He kept me informed every step of the project and he stayed a long time to make sure everything was working correctly after installation. Definitely recommend this company!

Shower drain was plugged and they wanted to remove the toilet to clear the drain of the shower for close to $500. Even if I remove and place back the toilet myself it’s still cost close to $400. Toilet and sink drains fine!!! They are nice and professional but too expensive for a minor service of an hour or two.

Just have to say, have called these folks numerous times and will continue to do so. Great service, fine work, and the nicest people. Small business takes care us and we need to take care of them.

James was referred through my Choice Home Warranty policy and changed the appointment time that was set up, to better accommodate my schedule. He filed a claim to replace my hot water heater elements and came back on Saturday morning to replace them, right on time. He also checked out and repaired, at my cost, but reasonable, and toilet issue. Very friendly and enjoyed talking with him about life in general. I would highly recommend 3Js for any plumbing issue.

5 years later, my new insurance, and much better, LibertyHomeGuard sent 3 J's out again for a toilet seal repair that was slightly leaking. Jordan came out and replaced the seal under my toilet which apparently had been leaking a lot of grease over the past couple days. He did a great job and was very professional. I would recommend 3 J's Plumbing Service for any Plumbing needs. The owner James Hull replaced my
hot water heater elements a few years ago, and I had a good experience back then also, as I've indicated above. And Kiisha in the office was very helpful in getting the work done.

We've used 3 J's repeatedly, for leaky toilet valves, a full toilet replacement, and recently to install a whole-house water filtration system. They were even able to drill into the house so they could install the unit inside our garage, to keep it safe from the elements. They always offer quick service, a fair price, and quality work. 3 J's Plumbing is a locally owned family business I called out to my home to replace two water shutoffs and conduct a clean out. The plumber called 30 minutes before he was due to show up to inform us he was on the way. He arrived timely and was show the work that needed to be done in the kitchen as well as guest bathroom. He quoted the price for the work and obtained the needed tools and replacement parts. He went to work very professionally and quickly made the repairs. He cleaned up after wards and informed us that the work was guaranteed for one year. Would highly recommend this company and have used their services three other times prior.

As always, 3 J's Plumbing came through for me again. After installing a new sink we found there was a major blockage in the line. They worked hours to get the problem remedied which included climbing onto the 2nd story roof to clean out the stack.
Problems solved and appreciated.

Very satisfied with our service! Called on a Saturday and they arrived within an hour and fixed our problem promptly. Charges, especially for a weekend call were very reasonable. Highly recommend!
