I reviewed this company when I first got started with them. I am now amending my review due to the poor quality of service I received. They were responsive to my calls, however they were not on top of the issues going on in my yard regarding Cinch Bugs. They initially treated a small area that I pointed out to them but did not treat the entire area of infestation. This resulted in the cinch bugs moving and spreading. They were out several times last year trying to rectify the problem. The end result was my yard looked worse than it did before they started. They came out with 30+ trays of grass plugs, literally plopped them down and told me to go buy bags of white sand and cover the plugs. Then water every day until the plugs took root. I paid them for a full year in advance, this too was a huge mistake. When I called to complain the last time and fire them they offered me a “free “ final treatment. However they did charge my credit card for that treatment resulting in another phone call to the office to have it removed.

I had the pleasure of speaking with a TruGreen representative named Austin, and I genuinely felt compelled to share the experience. It’s not often you come across someone in door-to-door sales who carries themselves with such respect, patience, and professionalism.

From the moment we started talking, Austin was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. He didn’t pressure, oversell, or rush the conversation — instead, he focused on understanding what I needed and explaining things clearly. His attitude alone set him apart, but the kindness and sincerity he brought to the interaction made it one of the best experiences I’ve had with any sales professional.

If TruGreen has more employees like Austin, they’re doing something very right. He’s truly one of the most genuine and impressive individuals I’ve encountered in door-to-door sales, and he represents the company exceptionally well.

Highly recommend both TruGreen and Austin for anyone considering lawn services. 🌿

TurGreen has very poor customer service! You will have better , luck reaching the US President than someone local to speak with, all calls go to a call center, and they don't have a clue about your local service! I have plenty of weeds in my yard, and when they come to spot treat-they miss more weeds than they spray.

The weeds they do spray continue to thrive and spread. They over promise and under deliver-like a lot of companies who are at the mercy of employees who just don't care. The attached pictures do not do justice to my weed problem, I cancelled my service with them and I do not recommend their service!

I would give -0- stars if that option was available. As the photos show our lawn presently after the TruGreen service in comparison with the lawn just prior to their service. After several phone calls, texts and conversation with the technician for the 2nd service, no one can explain to me what happened. I requested a supervisor to visit the property to provide an evaluation, but one never came. So, I promptly cancelled TruGreen!!! No one there understands lawns.

If you need tree work done, THIS is the guy to call! You seriously can’t beat his prices—best estimate you can get, and it was completely FREE. Other companies really be charging just to show up… crazy!

Not only is he affordable, but he’s also professional, reliable, and gets the job done right. Saved you money and did amazing work.

Did an awesome job! Cleaned everything up-driveway and yard looks better than when they arrived!

I was very pleased with Anthony's Tree Service. They were able to come out quickly and showed up on time as scheduled. They have skilled workers and the latest equipment. They were able to complete the job in one day which included removing 3 large oak trees, trimming 2 oak trees and trimming several palms. They hauled all the debris away and grind the tree stumps. I saved his number and will use him again.

I can’t recommend Anthony’s Tree Service enough! From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. We had an oak towering over our home and the hurricane was 2 days away. This company forced us into the schedule and were here in 36 hours from my call. The equipment they showed up with was state of the art. We were nervous with these large and long limbs being lowered over the house. He showed me his insurance documents right their in the truck. They used a crane and spider lift it was amazing to watch. Impressive, thanks Anthony and your crew manager Roberto was professional and kind.

Anthony’s Tree and Stump Service was outstanding. They showed up right on time, got straight to work, and were in and out with zero issues. The crew was professional and careful, no damage at all, and they actually left the place cleaner than when they started. On top of that, their price was better than anyone else we spoke to. Couldn’t ask for a smoother experience. Highly recommend.

Hired Anthony to remove a large laurel oak and a palm tree from my yard. He and his crew were very professional, respectful, and punctual. He was working on three properties on the same street at once, and was able to get everything done in the time frame he had quoted. His prices are more than fair for the quality of work that he provides. I highly recommend him for any of your tree removal or stump grinding needs.

I had two ground level stumps left from large sea grapes I needed removed. Anthony came out with a remote control stump grinder and expertly guided it into place. Within Minutes the stump and surrounding large roots were eliminated. They cleaned up the area and left the debris from the stump for me to use as mulch. They were very careful around my Irrigation and outdoor lighting I have not used them for tree removal, but based on their performance with stump grinding, I would definitely give them a call

I needed my 3 very tall Washingtonian palms trimmed (55 feet high) and Anthony’s Tree offered me a very reasonable price considering they needed to use a bucket truck. The finished product was excellent. I will definitely use them again.
