Had a good experience with this company. They quickly came out for the estimate and got us scheduled quickly. They are quick to get your invoice over and communicate very well, I really appreciate that.

We needed the larger trees over our driveway trimmed, including a sycamore tree and oak tree. The team at Top Notch cleaned them both up and trimmed a few of our other trees. The branches are no longer hanging over my cars and the main road so I feel much better knowing the chance of damage to my property and city property is lessened now.

They did great keeping my property undamaged while working and they cleaned up perfectly. Thank you!

Emailed me a quote along with credentials right away and felt very professional and safe to do business with from start to finish. They worked through a crazy sudden Florida rain and it did not slow them down or slack in the quality of their work. Cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Josh and his crew did an awesome job removing a monster water oak and then shaping an out of control giant live oak. They were fast and efficient, professional and well priced. Every cut was thought out and purposeful. My yard is clear, my house is safe, and my tree is beautiful. The team is hard working and Josh is an artist. Top Notch Tree Experts are just like thier name! Had a large Live Oak removed and had the stump ground also. They do excelent work. Showed up in the morning and completed the work and clean up. I would definitely recommend them for all you tree service neeeds! Great job and good prices!!

I recently used Top Notch Tree Experts to cut five trees on my property. One of the trees had fallen precariously over the neighbors fence creating a dangerous situation. Josh and his crew took care of this tree along with the others using much skill and talent. They did an awesome job cutting the trees and grinding all the stumps They also cleaned up all the debris for which I was grateful.
The crew was courteous and very professional.

We had a 75-85 foot Live Oak tree in my backyard. I called it my Spanish Moss tree. I got a few estimates and this is where I decided to go with Top Notch Tree Experts. With Top Notch's estimate, I know that's who I was going with.
They came out a week later as scheduled. Josh (the owner) his son Josh, Chris and a couple other helpers work their butts off a solid two days taking down that tree. The second day there they work a solid 12 hours. The stump was grinded down and everything was cleaned up and hauled off to my satisfaction. They had obstacles to maneuver around. Fences, a shed, a pool patio enclosure. Their expertise in taking down that big tree was spot on. I had absolutely no damage to anything. They were very professional and got the job done. I was more than happy with the great work that the team of Top Notch Tree Experts did for us. I would recommend them to anyone that I know that needs tree removal. As a matter of fact...I have already recommended them to 2 other people already.

Lightning fast response and excellent communication! Out of 13 recommendations (from ChatGPT no less) They were first to respond AND they kept up the good communication throughout the project. They also came out the most cost effective. Work was done on time and professionally - that included offering us the choice to either remove the mulch from the stump removal, or keep it so we could use it for our garden (we decided to have it removed). Clean up was great - heck they even took care of the neighbor's yard stuff. Roof was also cleaned off.

He was very informative, as we had no knowledge about the trees. Josh & his team showed up on time & worked for two days on our project, these guys are very professional & very polite. We had no problems communicating, as we changed up things a bit and they adjusted to our needs. They went above and beyond in what was asked, and left our property clean at the end of day one and professionally cleaned at end of the job. Polite, professional, very knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable, and commensurate to the job (trimmed up two large, old, established red maple trees in the front yard, and 3 Queen palms (each approximately 25-30 ft tall), 2 Royal palms (each approximately 20 ft tall), and a Mexican fan palm (approximately 50 ft tall) in the backyard). Great work and quick turnaround. Tom, the owner, listened to my concerns and offered professional advice, and was there for the entire job. He was engaged and very hands-on. My trees look amazing! I will definitely work with them for all my tree needs.

Called the number listed, introduced myself to let the woman know I work for a local charity who provides services to local families battling cancer, and before I could tell her we wanted to hire them to service one of our families, she abruptly cut me off, said she was on the road and didn't have time to talk to me and rudely hung up. She won't be getting any of our money for sure.

These guys were amazing. Scheduling was difficult with myself and Tom, and he was able to work with me completely to get the job done. 100% would recommend these guys and will be using them again.

Tom is very friendly and professional. He and his team did everything he said they would. Cleanup was outstanding, not a leaf or twig left onsite.

On June 4, 2018, Tom said he would put me on his "Do List" to cut down 3 trees in my backyard. At that time he said he it would be 1 1/2 weeks before he could get to my job and that he would call me a couple of days in advance to let me know what day he would be out. By June 12th I had not heard from him or his office so I called. I left several messages and finally heard back from him on June 13th saying he would be out on the 14th at 2 PM. He did not show at that time so I called him at 2:30. He said "let's do it tomorrow morning." I said that wasn't good for me and he said, "I'll be out there in the morning or you can do what you want." I told him that I'll do want I want and hired another tree service.

Called Tom, he came out and gave us a very fair quote. Did all the work as quoted, cleaned up very good and my property now looks great! I highly recommend them, plus, they’ve been in business for a long time! 👍🙌

Originally called to have a leaning gum tree removed and was quoted a less than expected price. While waiting on making a decision, I noticed a tree behind the original that was severely leaning and completed rotted out. Tom added that and another tree to the list that was standing in the way of the second tree. With the add-on trees, I was told "no problem. All 3 trees removed at a very reasonable rate and literally just in time for a severe thunderstorm that would have brought down one of the trees. Tom and his team were very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Tom and his crew cut down our dead tree and also all our banana trees. They were fast and professional and cleaned up the debris after getting rid of the stumps. I would recommend them very highly. As much as I hated to see my tree go, they did a great job.
