We are thankful for ServPro’s swift response to our office leak that occurred over the weekend. Brandon Clifton, Cody Rigden, and Colby Kinner were professional and courteous. They promptly set up all fans needed to dry out the carpet in our open area and below furniture. Because of their diligence, we only had to replace a few carpet squares and were able to get back to work quickly. Thank you to everyone at ServPro Jacksonville Westside/ Orange Park and thank you to Evan Nadeau for coming out to ensure everything was being done correctly and efficiently. We appreciate you all!

Colby and Gleason were my workers and were very professional as well as knowledgeable on detecting high moisture areas and the placement of heaters/fans, and dehumidifier.

Servpro came out super quickly within 2 hours and look at a window leak and set up a dehumidifier to dry it out. They were beyond kind to leave it with us while waiting to fix the leak and double checked and assessed for moisture and water damage. When a water hose link to fridge ice maker leaked and damaged hardwood floor in my home office ServPro was there swiftly to contain water damage, dry thinks out and replace hardwood floor. Excellent job start to finish.

I had a plumbing issue this morning around 7:30 AM that caused a leak from the master bathroom down through the ceiling into the dining room. ServPro came out within hours and completely repaired and remediated everything. Highly recommend. Don and Colby were very professional, kind, and courteous.

I was very impressed that I was able to get next day moisture evaluation after a water leak in my apartment. Very easy to schedule around my work hours and the team came right on schedule. Colby and Don were absolutely fantastic. Very through and detailed assessment to repair everything and even things I didn't realize were damaged. Eder and Rodney did all moving of furniture. a fantastic job. They moved our furniture back to where it belongs. However, there manners are a A+ perfect 👌 gentleman and courteous

We had Ronnie come to our home and give us some quotes. He was very professional, honest and straight to the point. Keith and Johnny came out a couple days later to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. Both Keith and Johnny were very good at communicating each step of the process and what to expect. Wonderful experience, I will use them again in the future and I would defiantly recommend them to family and friends.

Justin has been taking care of my pool going on 1 year now, year round, and does a fantastic job! He cleans it , balances the chemicals and it is always a pretty blue! I highly recommend Justin if you are looking for anyone for you pool care needs.
