This company did a great job on my roof. Once the work was completed, it exceeded expectations. Big thanks to Henry, Miguel, Mandy, and Shelley for making it all run smoothly. Also, big thanks to the construction and cleanup crews for being thorough and not leaving any nails or debris behind. Excellent work.

Absolutely terrible decision to choose this company ( general contractors ) as they are not the ones to even do the roof repair they subcontract the work to smaller roof install crews... It took almost 7 months from beginning to end to finally finish the job and about 40 phone calls later.... They had to redo half of my roof because they installed over rotten sections of plywood which they knew where damaged but decided to go over anyways... Your phone calls are never returned, and you will have to fight tooth and nail to have them complete the job... They also never gave me a copy of the estimate I had to reach out to ins company to receive one and there was about 4,000 dollars in repairs that they never planned on even doing or subcontracting to have done... Gutters , screen replacement, and dish reinstall... I could add more... A reply is also not necessary

His and Hers Roofing went above and beyond helping me with everything from dealing with my insurance company, to making sure I was up to date with frequent courtesy calls. Usually when someone comes knocking at your door without you expecting it you don’t want to hear them out. But man, am I glad I took that free inspection and went through with having them do my roof. Every conversation you have with their customer service is pleasant. Richie was extremely informative and made sure to break everything down enough for me so I could understand exactly what was going on through the whole process. If I could give them more than 5-stars I really would!!

I worked with Richie in Florida. He talked me through every step. My roof had previous holes in it, and the team came, tarped it up, and had the new roof put on before another storm! The whole process was so fast and easy! They worked with my insurance and I had a small deductible, that was all I had to pay!

Excellent experience with His and Hers Roofing from my first contact with Henry Ballard (extremely informative and friendly) to multiple follow-ups with customer service staff such as Jazmin. We had one hiccup concerning the type of vents for the Roof, but it was immediately addressed and corrected the very next day. We all know that things happen but great customer service is how you react to those incidents. H&H were Johnny on the spot and the roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
