Tim O'Brien, the owner, is "the real deal" and rare with integrity. From the beginning, he was professional & approachable. Tim is very focused as a good listener, answering questions & providing precise information on existing roof and course of action. As "it starts from the top on down", Tim's manager, Courtney, is likewise pleasant, efficient, prompt, detailed, communicative and friendly, and understands the roofing business. It followed that Tim's foreman, Carlos, had the same traits, kept watch as work was performed & insured the job was performed well, to Code & to the approval of the City Inspector, all of which was validation for me. His crew worked hard all day until the job was complete & removed all debris & dumpster from the premises. In addition, a lifetime-experienced handyman, Harvey, a "jack of all trades", made repairs to clapboard siding & did some porch work. Extensive interior repairs were also made preceded by analysis & communication, then performed in a very skilled manner, efficient & w pride in his work. He worked like an Energizer battery.

All in all, from beginning to end, because of communication, timing, procedures and materials, I had confidence work would be "quality" in its entirety. Too often, we as consumers feel we're at the mercy of contractors we hire and they provide as little information w assurances the jobs will be done well but we find out after-the-fact we were scammed.

Working with Ian and the Home Shield staff from beginning to end was a pleasurable experience. The timeline and the work was done as promised and my roof looks amazing. In only 20 hours over 2 days the crew replaced the roof on my 4000 sq ft. 2 story home and left my home and the surroundings cleaner than they found it. Our roof was damaged by hail in the thunderstorms in May, and His and Hers Construction (Missouri) has helped us every step of the way with our roof repair. They even helped file the insurance claim! Nick Hendricks has been available for any questions along the way, which has put my mind at ease. When he and Styles came today to close the deal, they got the job done quickly, but we still had some good conversations and they got along with my rambunctious puppy!

It took just 3 days to strip off the old shingles and complete the new roof and when the county inspector finished his inspection. Absolutely fantastic company mired in the Florida home insurance hurricane claim denial madness. I trusted the process, and it all worked out. They always were able to provide clear updates when asked. Almost a year and two more hurricanes later the roof was finally approved, installed and it literally looks perfect. Highly highly recommend if you need someone on your side in this Florida insurance environment. Thank you again for everything!

When a neighborhood has NO SOLICITING signs, and you continue to solicited, then stick a ADVERTISEMENT IN OUR DOOR, I want to specifically post how I do not recommend your company, especially since I’m working from home and now you indirectly left a mess in our foyer. When my fiancé says we are not interested, do not take that as an okay to a) come back and b) stick advertising in our door. Would NOT recommend, especially since this is the reason everyone’s insurance is going up in the state of Florida.

Great customer service. They came out and did an inspection, Jacob and his trainee ( I’m so sorry I forgot his name), and was completely honest. My roof is only 3 years old but they took a look anyway. They were quick and time efficient. They said it was perfect it didn’t need anything, no lying to trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need just honest customer service. This is very much appreciated. Thanks so much!
