From day one Tim was amazing! He always answered my phone calls, questions and followed up with me through the whole process of having our roof replaced. The crew was great and worked hard even though it was hotter than hello. Everything was done within 2 days and they picked up everything. They came out and replaced my roof in a week. They were good at communicating along the way, and did what they could to keep costs down, even with cost of materials going up in the middle of establishing the project. I also had an HOA which drove additional adjustments and they helps to adapt along with me. Shout out of Jon, Tim, and Courtney for keeping me aware of the steps.

Oh wow, where do I begin?! Tim O’Brien the owner, Carlos the Supervisor and the entire team with HomeShield Roofing are Amazing! After being burned by a roofing company back in 2019 which told me they replaced wood etc but didn’t, I have been very skeptical! Tim arrived at my home for the estimate and I felt so comfortable with his knowledge, communication, patience with me, and his assurance of the BEST job ever!!!! Tim was the only one of the 3 estimates I had gotten that actually went into my attic to see the damage from the water leaks! I was highly impressed as the other companies didn’t bother even though I had asked them to. This company truly cares about their customers and kept me informed of the entire process. Tim and Carlos gave me their cell numbers and always answered my calls and my questions!!! Who does that nowadays??!! I have gotten so many compliments on the Professionalism of the installation and the Color of the desert rose shingles! I am so very happy and I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!

The roof that HomeShield Roofing put on our roof is beautiful. We had some problems getting our HOA to give us the OK to put a new roof on but Tim and his crew were very patient with us. He said when they approve, let us know. We did and a few days later they were up on our roof. Not only were they fast and professional but they were courteous and friendly. At one point, I had to bring my Father in Law to the doctor. They stopped and completely cleaned the sidewalk so he could get to the car with his walker. I would highly recommend them not just for the quality of work they do but also for their professionalism and courtesy.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service and much needed hand-holding (on my part)! He helped me with the HOA and insurance company! Plus the price was excellent and my house looks brand new! Highly recommend!!! Thanks Tim for your excellence!!! Ask the new skylights look fabulous too!!!

Homeshield Roofing was a good choice. After meeting with 4 Roofing companies, we decided to go with Homeshield. Tim explained the process and gave us a reasonable price. He arranged to have our water heater panels removed and re-installed. We were planning to redo our soffits and gutters and he also arranged for that as well. The crew worked on the roof were amazing. Like every contracting process, it takes a while, but so worth the wait. My new roof is beautiful and leak free. We recently had Home Shield replace our dated and damaged asphalt shingles. From the initial conversation with Tim O'Brien, until the job completion; the whole process was handled in a very professional, knowledgeable and organized manner.
The time table established by Mr. O'Brien as to the delivery and installation of the new shingles was "right on" with no delays or mishaps.
