I hired Jonathan to come out and clean my roof. He did such an amazing job, that I also hired him to come back out and power wash the spray paint that another contractor accidentally sprayed on our pavers. Jonathan was kind, professional, and communicative (almost TOO communicative, haha), and I would definitely hire him again.

Jonathan and Chase did a fantastic job clearing out my gutters, in spite of the dangerous slope of my roof. They also power washed my chimney stack that was covered in black rust and mildew. I’m so impressed by them that I’ve asked them to come back and pressure wash my driveway and pool deck. Additionally, they were respectful and courteous.

The communication leading up to the appointment was great. I got on the schedule the same week and the company sent plenty of reminders and notifications regarding arrival time which is super helpful.

As you can see from the pic attached, we don’t have a major leaf problem, but had some other “clogs” that needed to be addressed…lol! Jonathan cleared everything out from the gutters and downspouts, sending pics along the way so I could see what we were dealing with. Overall, a great company to work with and I will be using them in the future.

Five stars for an excellent experience with Orlando Roofs and Gutters. Jonathan was very communicative and professional. The technician who came out, Chris, was very professional and polite- explaining everything in detail and answering my many questions. Also, Jonathan not only gave me the best quote of several companies, they were very flexible with scheduling.and added my gutter cleaning job in for a quick turnaround. I will definitely be following up to have them install leaf guards to better protect my gutters from acorns and leaf debris.

Jonathan and his team did a great job with lighting my house for Christmas! I originally found the Company to clean my gutters and he did a very good job there. When Jonathan mentioned they did Christmas lights as well, I said yes and he and his team did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend them. Jonathan was able to come over quickly to give us a free estimate on cleaning the gutters over our pool enclosure. I felt his pricing was fair and he explained exactly what they were going to do. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly and he and Chris were a pleasure to work with. I had him also pressure washed the front of my house and the fencing while he was there and I'm happy to know that they do additional outside pressure washing work. I will be calling them for my screened enclosure and my sidewalks.

I really enjoyed working with Jonathan, the owner. He is prompt, communicative, organized and professional. The roof turned out great! We have a very difficult roof to clean, comprised of clay tiles, on a large 2 story corner lot home. Attached are before and after pictures showing how good Jonathan’s team did. Jonathon and team were awesome to work with and did a phenomenal job soft washing our 9 year old roof (which had never been cleaned) and cleaning our gutters. The end result is a roof that looks like new. Jonathon has excellent communication, is very honest, trustworthy and hard working. We just had the most amazing experience with Orlando Roofs and Gutters, and would highly recommend them! They cleaned our gutters, washed our solar panels, and cleaned, sanded, and sealed the pavers on our driveway and pool deck. From the start, I was impressed with Jonathon's professionalism and knowledge. He was responsive and communicative throughout the process via phone and text, and answered all our questions. Initially, Jonathon came out to walk our property with me to get a clear understanding of the work we wanted to do. He provided a detailed estimate with a clear step-by-step process, and we were able to get scheduled within a week. Over 3-4 days, he and Chris came out to complete the work, always notifying us about arrival and departure times, and updating us about their progress along the way. And the results are just WOW ... so impressive! Here are photos of the transformation! We LOVE how the pavers look now -- the colors are rich and the sealant gave the entire driveway a shine they've never had before! We are so happy we chose Orlando Roofs and Gutters for this project!
