What an amazing team. From the first call to the last! Always very helpful and willing to work with the customer. I would say top 5 companies with the best customer service and the customer’s satisfaction being their top priority. Called them and Jonathon came out the next day to do the quote and we scheduled their team to come over the same. Even when something wasn’t 100% to our satisfaction he took ownership and fixed the problem immediately! 10/10 will recommend. Definitely 5 star service throughout.

Jon responded to our inquiry within an hour and had our roof and flashing cleaning scheduled the following morning. Justin and Yg were awesome and the communication and work performed was the benchmark for the industry!

After receiving a letter from my HOA informing me, I needed to have my roof cleaned in order to not be fined I reached out to Orlando Roofs and Gutters. The same day someone was at my house explaining the process, walking me through it and arranging the appointment to have it cleaned. I had also voiced concerns about my pets and the impact of the chemicals. The gentleman was very thorough and kind reassured me they would ensure the deck was washed well so my pets were safe.

The day the team showed up to complete the cleaning. They were very professional and kind.

I also would like to add that I shared with Justin my parents had passed away and this was something that my dad would usually do for me. Justin was so compassionate. He extended his condolences and even let me speak a little bit about my parents. There was nothing transactional about it. He was just a really good human being. It meant more than I can say.

Most importantly, they did an extraordinary job on my roof. It looks beautiful and they took the time to do an extra long wash of the chemicals off my deck to ensure my pets would be safe. If there were more than five stars, I could give I would.

They are also very reasonably priced for the work they do. My roof is very steep and has multiple levels. This is a company you would want to use!

This guy is great ! Not only was he cheaper than my old pool service he shocked my pool right before a major event I was hosting at my house ! Came out same day I called and a couple days layer during the event everyone was able to use the pool no problem. Polite, professional, and receptive cant get much better than that.
